We stayed in a two bedroom apartment.
Shower access painfully tight. Some lights in the lounge flicker for a long time if turned off and on again. light globes missing in range hood. The microwave oven power cord runs over the induction cooker to wall socket. The smallest tv ever is provided. No tea or coffee.
Host helpful in giving our friends a lift with their bags, and recommendations for eating out.
Location is fine. Apartment is clean.

This hotel has several rooms and apartments, some nicer and bigger than others. The pictures on ******* show many different rooms, so it wasn’t that obvious what ours looked like from the photos. As it turned out, the room did have everything that was promised in terms of beds and amenities, but it was smaller and simpler than we expected from the photos. The location was wonderful, on a very quiet street but only a 2 minute walk from the main street through town. Our room was not very sound proof. It wasn’t a problem because the street was so quiet and our neighbors were not loud, but we could hear a pin drop in the room upstairs.

We stayed at a very nice two bedroom apartment with a big kitchens and living room. It was very well located and the main bedroom had an AC. We could drive up with the car, unload and park the car at a near public parking lot. Overall a very nice place.

We expected more because of the comments on Trip adviser. We booked the two bed room; it was big enough, but not ready (key was missing, and it was very unfriendly waiting there). The rooms seems to be clean, but cold. It was too expensive. Stayed one Night.

The location was spectacular. The advertisement states "free parking" which is really far away, and completely full. We had to park a bit away and pay, and to get that spot required parking illegally at the hotel and then moving it later after dinner to P3.
For an ancient town, the accommodations were great, with two bedrooms and two baths, plus a small kitchen. We could have stayed there a month! San Gimignano is our favorite town, so we would love to come back.

È una piccolo B&B che ha il vantaggio di essere abbastanza vicino al centro e non costa molto. La stanza che è stata assegnata a me, mia moglie e mio figlio è abbastanza piccolo con un bagno ancora meno praticabile soprattutto la doccia. Dispiace inoltre che non ci sia la possibilità di fare colazione in loco considerato poi che i bar non sono molto vicini.
