The room itself was clean, comfortable, with everything to fit our needs. Close to train station, which was a main point for us. The bad: lady at check-in was so rude. We arrived a little early, and was immediately told ‘no check-in until 4:00’. I travel frequently, and 99% of the places I stay will offer to call/text when a room is ready/available. Not this lady; I was shut down immediately. As I’m sitting in my car, waiting for the magic hour of 4:00, people pull-up next to me, go to the desk, AND CHECK-IN (!!!). This really left a bad taste for this place…..oh, and the kids running and screaming in the hall at 8:00am (not hotels fault).

It was nice staff was nice we liked the breakfast but it was the same thing every morning other than that everyone and everything was good

Toilet was running the whole three days I was there. They said multiple times they would fix it but no one came. Other than that the quality of the room was decent for the price.

Comfortable bed, clean room, nice facility. Breakfast staff was very helpful, Rocio V. was especially resourceful. Wendy at the front desk helped also. We would stay again for sure.

It was a little hard to find, the entrance to the parking garage was very steep. At one point someone was able to unlock our door and tried to come in. The room was always humid. It was close to the airport.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. They had a nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, breads, oatmeal, coffee and juices

the staff was GREAT, i would stay there again because of that. they serve breakfast everyday 6:30-9am . the listing here does say pet friendly but they are not
