Very convenient hotel, zero parking, hard to parking around and the most important part the two ladies at the front desk are the opposite of what they should be, basically the front desk ladies were useless. Finally the hotel is just steps from the water.

This was our second stay here and it was just as enjoyable this time as the first. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, right next to the boardwalk and beach is steps away!

It’s on the boardwalk in PB. Clean and modern. Staff was helpful, and it felt like I was stealing, as it’s right on the boardwalk, steps from the beach and the ocean. Steps. Literally.

The hotel is very clean and right on the beach boardwalk. Very convenient to walk restaurants and shops, which is good because they have limited parking spots for sale and public parking is not too easy to find, so once you find a spot you don’t want to move your car during your stay.
The rooms are clean but lack lighting. There was an entry way light and one lamp. We used the bathroom light for extra light. Bring your own blow dryer. The hotel does not provide them. This isn’t a negative, just being informative.
Would stay there again.

Staff is terribly rude. They charge you for everything, like the spirit airlines of hotels. They don’t have parking. They pushed debris and water off their roofs onto parked cars with no regard for the damage it was causing to vehicles below. Worst hotel experience in a long time.

I had an excellent stay. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, plenty of coffee, and spectacular ocean view. Many restaurants within walking distance. The people watching from the balcony was total entertainment.
