Отличный отель.Обслуживание хорошее, но в номере не было интернета. Нам сказали что он есть только в люксе, странная дискриминация

It is a hotel with a good price-product ratio, efficient, comfortable and with a very good view of the lake.The staff is very friendly, the amenities are adequate and it is also quite quiet, you can hear the wild animals.There is plenty of space to store or park vehicles.

For the second time in a row, we stayed at the hotel because we think it's great, the location is neither so far from the center nor so close, the food is delicious and at a more affordable price than in the restaurants, the spa services are always clean and in keeping with the time. The services in the room were impeccable (we could only improve the pillows), and above all the hotel staff's attention, was always attentive and willing to guide, help, and collaborate. Very nice, clean and efficient hotel with comfortable rooms and beautiful views. We are very grateful to Luna, a staff member that spoke perfect English, for all of her recommendations on tours, hikes, restaurants and local culture. We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast. Staff was super helpful. Room was great. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable. We were able to cook and eat in our room and the fridge was a good size. We enjoyed it.

We loved it here, beautiful views, lovely spa, great areas to relax in and friendly staff. The breakfast was great, especially sitting outside in the sun. It’s a great location too, if you have a car. Would definitely return.

It was a very nice experience. The hotel is in mint condition, rooms are modern and confortable. The view is very nice. The staff is a bit inexperience and sometime not polite enough. Anyway we would go there because the value is good.
