Water not hot, towels 20 years old, heater making noise, staff at the desk not welcoming, dont recommend it

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and comfortable. But furniture could be difficult to open. Also no reading lamps. Ice machine was not working.

seems as if the room was updated with new flooring and some new furniture, however, the bathroom ceiling door and ceiling needed serious attention. No in room coffee. Office staff unwelcoming.

It met my needs: low price, basic cleanliness, safety, security (could park my car right outside). The place is funky with no extra amenities (ice, etc.). But I only needed a clean place to sleep and had my own "amenities" with me. Management did fulfil the one request I had when I made the reservation -- that the room have a desk. The toilet seat was broken, but I could survive that. Customers seem to be largely truck drivers and working people, which I was comfortable with. Though they have no breakfast, they offer coffee in the morning. Very basic services at a low price.

I can only speak for my experience which has been fine. Room was clean, everything worked properly, no complaints with service. Two resturants and fuel within yards of the motel. Very low price, friendly staff. Not luxurious but very exceptable..

Truck stop motel. The room was non smoking and it reeked of cigarettes, the ac doesn’t work you have to click the reset button then it blew out cigarette stench. Unfortunately I had my 2 year old and he was so tired we had to make due. Lot lizards (************) all around the property. Wouldn’t recommend unless an emergency.

The check in was smooth and the receptionist was cordial. One room was fine but the other had dead spiders and bugs. They were cleaned out the next day. The room were comfortable though.

There was an apparently drunk guy passed out on the walkway a few doors down early evening. We weren't given the Wi-Fi password, and the water was off upon arrival (perhaps that was a neighborhood problem, not the fault of the hotel). Felt unsafe with the amount of guys that seemed to live there .

WARNING: The "Non-Smoking" room I booked STUNK like it had been smoked in for years. I told management and I was told that the entire wing I was in was a no-smoking building. That maybe someone had smoked while walking by. Total lie. Every inch of the room smelled worse than a filled dirty ashtray. I was not offered a different room. Along with the stink, the furniture had gross stains. Management was rude and unhelpful. It's cheap but NOT worth the price.
