La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Lackland

Location was ok, constant homeless people walking around the property. Didn’t feel safe!

It’s not as the pics suggest. It’s a very basic motel. The free breakfast was really good and it’s very close to the Air Force base where my daughter was graduating that’s why it was perfect for me.

First and last, thank goodness we got back safe. People need to be honest about places like this. It could be way better, because of the fact that they are very close to the base. They just nasty. I was itching, bed’s dirty linen sheets also towels. I can go on. Don’t recommend stay far choose anything else not here. Peace

Mold in showers. Hair and stains on bedsheets. Hair and stains on towels. Paint feeling off walls. Cobwebs on the ceiling.

Went to check in and immediately left. Pot smoke smell everywhere. Everything was filthy. There was a huge turd on the sidewalk to walk up to the room. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The tub had standing water in it that would not drain. We went right back to the front desk and turned in our keys and left.

Broken phone, broken wall/roof, dirty with stains top blanket, broken card reader for entry into door, sheets dirty, lifted up the blanket and there was two massive holes in blanket.....broken everything. Cigarette smoke coming thru air-condition. homeless living right outside, that was our veiw. Breakfast need to start earlier in the morning.

I was ok the laundry detergent used to clean the linen needs to be changed I was itching all night thinking there was bugs in bed but there wasn't. Other than that it was an overall good stay.

I stayed on the 6th and had no problem but I also stayed on the 7th and when I checked in I took a nap but got woken up but the housekeeping nextdoor and the end of building. They had put the TV really loud. I went outside and saw the working on the room. Other than being woken up plus toilet seat being really loose my stay way good.
