ทุกอย่างดีมาก ห้องพักสะอาดและสวยงาม พนักงานก็สมบูรณ์แบบ ปัญหาเดียวคือฉันจองห้องเตียงคู่ 2 ห้อง แต่ได้ห้องเตียงคิงไซส์ 3 ห้อง ไม่ใช่ความผิดของโรงแรม Trip.com ยุ่งกับเรื่องนั้น

The Plaza San Antonio is a first class hotel! The accomodations are excellent and the staff are very courteous and attentive to the guests needs. The hotel is centrally located to San Antonio, and you can Uber to most destinations for a mere $8.00. The hotel has several nice areas to lounge in and each each provide refreshments and/or food. We ate breakfast in the main dining room and it was very good. In addition, the hotel contains a spa and workout facilities. Based n the foregoing, i would recommend this lodging without reservation.

AMAZINGGGGG! I don’t trust a lot hotels cleanliness but this hotel definitely gave resort standards it was detail oriented from the room the service the ambiance, our new go to stay anytime we come to SA

My wife and I have visited San Antonio several times but usually stayed on the Riverwalk. For our anniversary we chose to stay at the Plaza and are so glad we did. The campus is so very nice with many things to do. Also, Laura, the concierge, took such good care of us as she arranged for a surprise in our room upon check in that surpassed my expectations. And Raul at the entrance was gracious and helpful throughout our visit. The Plaza will be my home base on future visits to SA.

Perfectly located and by far the best hotel stay me and my lady have experienced in Texas. I highly recommend staying here and taking advantage of all they have to offer. And a special shoutout to two staff members that made our experience. Ian was our concierge and guided us with recommendations throughout the weekend, and Jason was our bartender, who assisted us in hydrating between events. Their service through the weekend sets the standard. Great job, 10/10!

This is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous garden and pool area. The facility is very clean and modern and the staff are just lovely. The hotel is in a great area within walking distance to some truly fantastic restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to SATX.

The staff is wonderful and friendly - very customer-centric, the property and pool were beautiful with lots of gorgeous flowers and greenery, and our room was great with a lovely view of the pool and gardens. Our only wish was that there wasn't constant junky music playing: the pool, the restaurant, the grounds all thumping with just bad, really bad, music. It felt kind of Las Vegas which should stay only in Las Vegas. Everything else was awesome!

Loved everything about our stay except the insane construction surrounding the hotel, including road closures/detours to get to the hotel, and daily noise from construction, equipment, etc. I will definitely visit again when I can enjoy the amazing layout and outdoor areas of this beautiful hotel. Still, we made the most of it and loved our quick stay.

Excellent customer service by Ian at the check-in desk. The entire property is first class. Rooms were absolutely gorgeous. Pool was beautiful, and the gym was first rate and extremely clean. Looking forward to another trip down here with my family.
