Beautiful view from our hotel room ❤️ would stay here again only problem was there was some teens who were going through my laundry when I went back down to laundry room. And I ended up having some clothes missing.

The lobby is nice. As you go to rooms and hallways, carpet should be replaced and machines could use cleaning and upgrades.

The room and bed size, clean bathrooms, how each places are easy and walkabale. Friendly staff. IF it was possible to move in and live in the room, paying and all that. I would. My wife and I really loved it here and would stay again in the near future! 😄

Super friendly staff from the people at the front desk, to cleaning staff. Got welcomed with cookies and water. Rooms were clean and quiet despite being in a busy area of San Antonio. Room had essentials needed. A plus is that checkout is till noon.

Well property does need some work. On my stay I saw a few roaches coming out of the A/C duct. Personnel is very rude when it it came to handle the situation of having my truck broken in and my tail lights stolen, right in front of the main entrance. Personnel refused to help out with the footage of the incident and gave me an attitude. One of my friends stayed here in the past and when I told him about my incident in their property, he said when he stayed in this hotel they broke his tail lights. I think this hotel needs to hire 24/7 security.
