衞生一般，早餐還可以，煎餅很好吃，價格不算便宜，一開始分到的房間靠近旁邊夜總會，半夜兩點吵到睡不着覺，給前台小姐姐説了以後換了一個後晚上很安靜，非常nice。San Antonio是個很悠閑的小城，物價會低一點，river walk很不錯。

Hotel is outdated, not clean, pool is extra small compared to the pictures shown in *******, staff is not friendly or helpful especially the valet service manager. He misplaced my car keys and I waited for almost 30min then asked what was the problem, that’s when he decided to tell me they couldn’t find my keys. He was rude and I explained that they were probably inside the car because the car doesn’t lock if they didn’t have the keys. The keys were inside the car. We were almost late to our event because he didn’t want to tell me he couldn’t find them. The front desk staff is always gone and not helpful either. The only good thing about the hotel is the location but I prefer paying more than staying here again.

The location was great. The variety in breakfast foods each day was nice. Unfortunately a very rude guest caused a middle of the night evacuation of the hotel by smoking in their room. This had nothing to do with the hotel or the staff but it definitely was memorable.

We asked for a king bed and got two full size beds. Our room was right next to a nightclub that was loud until 3am. We had to be up early for my nieces gymnastics meet and had very little sleep due to noise. Bathroom smelled awful.

This past weekend, our stay was a great experience. Starting with valet to check-in/check-out to friendly house keeping. I had a great experience with my family. Breakfast was also delicious.

Excellent location, literally right next to the Alamo and an easy walk to the Riverwalk; no, its not the most luxurious property, but it totally met our expectations given its price point. The free breakfast was great and we were pleasantly surprised that our room had a mini fridge and a microwave.
