สวัสดีตอนเช้า. ฉันสิ้นสุดการเข้าพัก มีเพียงลิฟต์ที่ช้าไปหน่อยหรือความต้องการมีมากเกินไป การบริการเข้าห้องก็ดี ฉันพบผ้าสะอาดและถังขยะที่สะอาด เคารพสิ่งของส่วนตัว ล็อบบี้ยอดเยี่ยมและอาหารฮาร์ดร็อคคาเฟ่และดนตรียกเว้นสระว่ายน้ำ ข้อเสนอแนะควรสำหรับเด็กเช่นชิงช้า chorreras บางส่วนที่มีความบันเทิงจะเป็นสนามเด็กเล่นที่สมบูรณ์แบบ ขอบคุณมากแนะนำ

Great place to stay .

很不錯的酒店，前台非常熱情，房間衞生打掃的也很乾凈，熱水很足。就是空調冷氣太足，夜裡有點冷。

Modern & stylish hotel. What we didn’t like was that you could hear noises from other rooms, very clear those noises.

The rooms were very dark, the TV didn’t work, tried calling front desk and the room phones didn’t work, went down stairs, technician came but 2 hours later (11:30 pm) nothing. The following day went to talk to front desk to see if they could fix it during the day while we were out. When we came back, the TV and phone still didn’t work. We had left the car in valet when we first arrived but the following day at 10:00 am we had to get our keys from the front desk because the valet parking attendants had not arrived. We didn’t even know where the car was parked. Went all around the parking lot pressing the alarm button to find it. In summary, never again will we stay here.

This hotel did not meet my expectations for a Marriott. The hotel areas (restaurants, pools, and other meeting areas are nice but the hotel has a stench of urine. I can smell it in the halls, in our room and when you walk into the hotel. There are a lot of loose ends needing buttoning up too. The molding in the elevator was falling off, the sink and shower faucets looked old and dated) mind you this hotel is less than 5 years or so). I am just disappointed I spent my money here. I would have preferred staying at a different hotel if I could do it again.

Customer service with staff absolutely sucks. All day every day someone was complaining about their service

I have never been in a hotel that was so loud before. The first 2 nights, Friday and Saturday the place was so incredibly loud. We were on the 5th floor directly under an area playing loud music alternating with a live band (with drum set) and emcee with mic that played until midnight and then we had to listen to the breakdown and moving of whatever was happening so we weren’t able to get to sleep until after 1am each night. Great if you are there to party but we were very upset after traveling since 4am that morning. We requested to be moved and we’re given a room on the 4th floor which helped with the noise slightly the second night however the hotel itself is not built with any insulation it would seem since you can hear your neighbors talking, laughing and yelling plain as day. Additionally, the outside wall is entirely thin glass and the hotel is on a main road so it sounds like you are outdoors and souped up cars were racing at regular intervals. Additionally we were above a loading dock and had to wait until the party not only stopped Saturday but everything was torn down and thrown in the truck outside which was around 1:30am. We chose this hotel because it was newer (less than 3 years) but you wouldn’t know it from the condition. It was done extremely poorly and cheaply and is already falling apart. I packed gym clothes to work out but the facility was closed so that was also a disappoin**ent. I will say the staff was friendly and we did have hot water.

Was good but pool need some clean asap and they need to turn on the filters soo the pool can stay clean.. the ac cant be controlled by hand is lock on a temperature and fan speed. Other than that was a good stay
