Terrible experience. Im here on business and my business ended 2 days early. The hotel refused to give a refund for the remaining days on my trip. This has resulted in me recommending to my company to blacklist this hotel from future use. Hotel is not business trip friendly.

Too many loud, partying, drunk guests! There is no front desk clerk at night! The key never worked. You had to get your own towels each day.

Very clean and inexpensive room rates. No frills but the majority of my stays are later arriving and very early departure, so continental breakfast is not interesting to me.

I'm a disabled guy so the only thing I ever change would be the front door other than that it was a absolutely great stay thank you

My only thing is those front doors I'm disabled so those doors were a lot but other than that it was a great stay

Booked a 2 night stay at this place as it was the nearest to the University available. Checkin was fine on Friday night. I provided my ID and debit card and signed all papers needed. Saturday around 2 PM we heard a knock on the door but wasn't sure if it was for us. My husband and I were getting dressed as our daughter was in the restroom getting ready. Knock #2, I asked my daughter to see who it was as we werent expecting anyone. Before my daughter could unlock the 2 safety locks, our door opened from the outside in. Management saying we did not pay and would need to leave. I got dressed, went down to the front desk. Announced my presence a few times and hear a lady coming around the corner rudely say i can hear you and see you on the camera. I asked what the problem was. She said she needed payment in which i explained I'd already paid online. At check in, my card wasn't put on file for INCIDENTAL. I told her I didnt appreciate someone barging into our room when we weren't fully clothed in which she said "it was me Im the manager and I can go into any room that I want to" i told her it was not warranted. She argued with me that it was her right. We are owed PRIVACY in which she had zero regard, all for a mistake at check in. Following day at 1142 she comes knocking on the door again! We requested 1145 check out. She asked if we were leaving, then proceeded to apologize for the day before but still argued that what she did was acceptable. Terrible!

I love this place it's so peaceful and not ghetto and it's so clean and I'd love to go again.

I made it to the hotel at 2:30 and was told check in was at 3 but they can get someone to go ahead and clean a room for $45 extra but it would be about 30 minutes which would’ve been 3:00.. it made no sense. Then the wrong remote for the tv was in the room that didn’t work and when they brought the right remote it didn’t have any batteries because they couldn’t find any so I was without a tv for almost 24 hrs when I had to inquire about batteries again then when they finally found batteries the remote still didn’t work you had to control everything manually from the button under the tv.

I didn’t like how the bed sounded like it was 100 years old and was incredibly loud. The walls are paper thin
