On arrival very efficient check in. Great staff on Reception. Our Room 810 was very spacious internally and spotlessly clean. The Balcony was on the small side slightly obscured on LH side. Not a problem as area by Pool great. Sun beds are reserved by Lifeguard for those of us with disabilities. There were plenty of sun-beds for all so towel dash unnecessary. We found all the staff at hotel extremely friendly even though some of them couldn’t always understand English. It seems as though English guests are in the minority. The Pool is one of the best I’ve used abroad with amazing access into the lovely warm water. Never crowded, sometimes having it to myself. There was daily Aquafit which popular with men and women. The Lifeguard Diego was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. When the shade went from Sun bed he’d willingly adjust the position of umbrella. Never had this service before. There was plenty to eat in the Restaurant but found it seemed to cater more for Europeans. Loved the Omelettes breakfast time which were cooked to order. The Wine Waiter Marcos was very helpful. Also there are tables reserved for those with mobility issues, making it easier to access the food counters. A special thank you to waitress Angelina who seemed to work all over the bars. Her English was very good. Also the head barman in Entertainment Bar very obliging. Nice touch having beds turned down and nightdress made to look pretty. I found the bed hard so after first night had a mattress topper. Fine after that. Loved the Adult Only vibe. The only downer to me, due to mobility issues, was the area outside hotel. The Shopping Centre leaves a lot to be desired and there is no lift between floors, just steep hills to walk up. Not many shops open either. Fortunately there is a supermarket ground floor level.
