Nice room and shower in the hotel, breakfast was excellent and the staff stayed later than usual to allow us to check in in the evening. Please be warned the desk is not 24 hours so make sure you’d arrive in time for check in.

這個酒店是我遇到過最差的酒店，半夜11點多到酒店前台關了沒有人，酒店大門都進不去，電話也打不通，酒店房間都付過錢了，大半夜拖着行李進不去酒店，最後攜程平台也不給解決，也不退款，差評差評差評

酒店有點像全季，乾淨舒適。陽台外有鬱鬱葱葱的梧桐樹，坐在陽台上新鮮空氣撲面而來很是舒服。門口就有公交車站，自駕的話門口就是酒店免費停車場也很方便。離薩爾茨堡要塞十分鐘車程，很近。不提供洗漱用品和拖鞋，需要自帶。

약간 시내에서 떨어진 곳에 있긴 하지만 트램으로 10여분 거리라 전혀 불편하지 않았어요.

Our travel agent booked the hotel for us. Each and every staff member is caring, warm and helpful. From front desk to the restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and super clean. It’s a quick bus ride to the old town (#6). There are many healthy and delicious choices at breakfast.

Large room, BUT; No refrigerator, no phone in room, no air-con. Should rate as a 3 star maximum, nothing like the 4 star shown on the internet.

Nice, quiet room. Bus stop opposite the hotel directly to the city center and free parking is an advantage. Excellent breakfast. No warm welcome, unfriendly staff on arrival.
