Just a simpel overall good hotel. No reception but everything went flawlessly. Good communication from the host, i was able to check in earlier than the normal check in time because i asked nicely. I dont get the 1 stars. Room was not hot, there was a fan. And no noise complaints atall. Not from other guest and not from the closeby street. Even tho i had the room most adjecent to the street.

Coziest room one could ask for! It goes perfectly with the Alpine feeling. Very clean, very comfortable room. Everything was very thought through and practical, from the luggage storage system to the vending machine.

Excellent location , i went to all the tourist attractions and city center maximum 15 minutes wall , very comfortable room , clean and smell fresh , new furniture , suitable for solo travelers . The lounge of the Hotel is a great idea .

My partner and I had a lovely stay. I actually really liked the self-check in system, it was really simple and meant we didn't have to arrive before a certain time. They provided way more than I was expecting (e.g., bikes, umbrellas, etc.). The lounge was fantastic and 24-hour. We could go in and use the microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, and even the dishwasher. Rooms were very nice and comfortable and a pretty quick walk to all the sites and the main station.

Lovely place with great facilities! Definetely worth your money! It felt clean and nice, with a great bathroom and bedroom! It was close to many great restaurants and the mid town. We had a lovely time at the hotel, in a cozy atmosphere. Very recomendable

Strange setup. No reception.
No lights in the entrance. Hopeless to find the keyhole in the door without a light. Booked for 3 nights only got 2 small bottles of soap. Asked for cash payment for extra bed and taxes. At the end it was possible with card.

DO NOT GO THERE! Worst hotel, the host are really rude! Calling multiple times on the phone, they didn't help at all and was just hanged the phone on me! There are much better places in Salzburg! Find other place around.

Struttura moderna abbastanza pulita, ottima la posizione ma personale inesistente. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte e quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione non ci hanno aiutato per niente.

molto buona la posizione; struttura nuova o rinnovata con camera molto pulita; le istruzioni per accedere alla lounge, dove si ritirano le chiavi e altra documentazione sono arrivate via mail e via whatsapp, sono state molto chiare. A meno di 10 minuti comincia una zona pedonale che porta al centro.
