The rooms were EXTREMELY SMALL, but I finally was given a larger room, but with no window.
The rooms were not swept and cleaned well daily. On occasion, the towels were not completely changed daily.
The first night had loud music until 03:00 in the morning. After complaining, it was less the following weekend.
The reception and dining staff were all very helpful and polite.

We stayed at the Canto for one night. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but when we arrived we were shocked by how small the rooms were. I mean if you are one person with a backpack or a couple with a small carry on it might work but we had a few large suitcases and it was impossible. They gave us a slightly bigger room but it was still too small and there were no windows in this new room. The breakfast was great, the location was central in Rio Vemelho but it the hotel is situated on a steep hill so good luck with your rolling bags getting out of the Uber. The rooftop pool is cool but also super small. Overall not the best experience but they were nice enough to refund the 2 nights that we didn’t use.

This hotel is amazing. It’s modern and very clean. The personnel are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. We had a few meals at the Canto restaurant and we loved every bite, their food was so tasty, really delicious.

foi incrível o hotel é maravilhoso o atendimento especial todos os funcionários atenciosos e preocupados com sua melhor hospedagem. O hotel super bem localizado ao lado de uma praia maravilhosa e super bem frequentada a praia da paciencia. O destaque fica para a funcionaria DAI que cuida do café da manhã super atenciosa, educada e prestativa.

Excelente estadia. O único ponto negativo é o fato dos quartos não possuírem janela porém super recomendo para pessoas que viajam sozinha e ou no máximo em duas pessoas. O café da manhã continental é maravilhoso bem como o chuveiro também além dos seguranças que controlam na portaria serem um encanto de pessoa.

Estadia muito confortável! Hotel novo, charmoso e com um restaurante delicioso no térreo. Quarto pequeno, mas impecável na limpeza e na qualidade da roupa de cama e banho.Funcionários muito atenciosos, tanto do restaurante quanto do serviço do valet.

O quarto é muito pequeno, sem privacidade pois a pia fica dentro do quarto. O pior: não existe nenhuma acústica! Você escuta tudo do quarto, ate o telefone da recepção tocar vc escuta. Escuta a banda e o barulho do lounge durante toda a madrugada. Não há sono tranquilo nesse local e nao tem como reclamar pois nao possuí recepção a noite.
