Hôtel propre bien situé ! L’accueil de Madu est top ! La chambre propre bien nettoyée . Seul bémol des remontées d’odeur d’égout dans la douche à corriger ! Les gens ne respectent plus personne ils claquent leurs portes et courent dans les couloirs à 7h du matin pour aller prendre leurs petit dej .

We bought it as part of a package the hotel in it’s self was nice but we paid for a twin room and was given a double room, they wouldn’t sort it out till the morning, the hotel was very clean and the staff where nice, but they hadn’t said anything about the tourist tax which felt like a hidden payment, food was average and signage no good, they also played loud music till 11:30pm which means if you wanted to get to sleep earlier you where stuffed. Definitely not good for people with children who require a set bedtime, also evening meals didn’t start till 7:30pm which is also bad for people with families. we paid for an airport to hotel transfer which turned out to be a drop off on another street which at 4am 2 young girls in a foreign country is not ok and then we had to wait half an hour on the same street at 1:30am at the end of the holiday.

Honestly can’t really fault this hotel. Start off with staff, all staff members were so polite, lovely and helpful. Everyone on the bar was lovely towards me and my partner and absolutely brilliant with the kids. Receptionist were polite and helpful if we didn’t understand something. They also helped by ordering taxis for us as we was struggling. The staff in the restaurant were brilliant, never waited more than two minutes before being asked what we wanted to drink. They were all so amazing and lovely with my baby too. Honestly lovely and amazing and friendly people. Mohan (sorry not sure how it’s spelt) was absolutely amazing! This man went above and beyond with entertainment for kids. My eldest two adored him to the point there was tears they was leaving him when coming home. He was honestly such a pleasure and lovely, genuine and kind person. He provided kids club in the morning, afternoon and did a mini disco every night. This man deserves a pay rise in my opinion and is 100% a reason I would definitely return here. Thank you. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every single day. The cleaning staff were so lovely. Unfortunately myself and the kids ended up poorly for two days and the kids had accidents. They were lovely and reassuring about it. Everywhere in the hotel was so clean and tidy. I saw countless times cleaners wandering about always doing something. The food, now the food wasn’t to my liking unfortunately but that’s just me. It’s a very seafood place. I am not a seafood person. There is “British” food but it’s cold and well personally that’s not me. There was always something though just not very often much. My partner however loved the food! Deserts were amazing. The food is repetitive but it’s buffet style so it’s to be expected. The pools aren’t quite as big as they look in the pictures but still all the same kids were extremely happy. The entertainment was on every night and most really enjoyable. Throughout the week there’s something different for all age groups. Honestly I would 100% come back again and I would recommend. Thank you for an amazing two weeks!

I recently visited this hotel with my boyfriend and was really happy with it. It was in an amazing area minutes away from bars, clubs, supermarkets and the beach which was really handy. But the only think I must say was a problem was the food. The chicken was consistently undercooked . When we took the chicken back to the chef he chucked it back on to the fryer and gave my boyfriend a new piece which when he got to the table discovered was again undercooked . Other then this problem it’s a really family friendly, couples friendly hotel and area. Hotel was really clean and the staff were very friendly.

Perfect hotel. Nice ambiance. Clean , beatiful rooms. With cooler, airco. And bathroom. With föhn. And shampoo. With toilet. Tv on your room. The bar in the hotel ,is verry nice place to stay. Manny sitting inside and outsider. 2 swimming Pools . And a bubbel Bath. The dinner room is verry nice and a lot of place to sit down. The food is good . And there’s show cooking. Every nicht there’s entertainment. And for little children , mini disco. The hotel is direct in the middel of the centre of Salou. 300 meters from the *****. The people there working in the hotel. Are verry kind. I find hotel los Angeles a Nice place to stay. For a perfect holiday.

No complaints from me. Really enjoyed my stay for 11 nights and came back thoroughly relaxed which is exactly what I went for. Everywhere is lovely and clean, comfy double bed and fridge in the room. Complimentary water, small coke and small orange in the fridge on arrival which was a lovely touch to start the holiday. Toiletries supplied in the ample sized bathroom if needed. Bought my own travel kettle and supplies as knew in advance these were not supplied which was no problem at all. Pools freezing cold, but certainly refreshing when the sun was out as had really amazing weather. Life guard always on hand, in particular keeping the younger children from making a nuisance of themselves in the jacuzzi pool when adults were using it. Hotel is nicely situated and not too far from the main shops and beach, 10 minute stroll at most. Spent a few days watching the world go by on the beach. Food was typical all inclusive buffet and I could always find something to eat. Hard to cater for all nationalities all of the time so everyone needs to understand this and make the most of it, you are not going to get what you eat back home, you are on holiday so try different things. If this isn’t you, don’t go all inclusive. Delicious fresh bread at each meal time so if there is nothing you fancy, make a chip or cheese and onion roll, simple as that but I do appreciate that I am not a fussy/picky eater so easily pleased. Entertainment appeared ok, but didn’t stay down all evening for that, and also plenty of entertainment outside of the hotel if that is your thing, as well as a range of restaurants and bars. All staff work extremely hard and all very pleasant throughout the hotel. I would definitely return in the future. As a solo traveller felt safe and comfort at all times.

Stayed here for a week with family. We did pay for half board as part of our package deal but didn’t eat in the restaurant for breakfast or dinner due to the experience on the first night. The food was all cold, however if the meals served were hot they would have been really nice. The hotel itself was really clean, rooms were to be expected for room only basis and again were very clean. Even on days we didn’t request a rook clean, this still went ahead and fresh towels provided, beds made etc. The staff were friendly enough and the children enjoyed the use of the pools. The entertainment was varied but not always to our taste though again this isn’t a negative from us, we went out most evenings anyway as we had planned to do like all other holidays we’ve had. The price of drinks in the hotel were very cheap. We were apprehensive at first due to other reviews but would stay again.

All good I had no problems at all. the air con was good and the food was good as well, it was one of the best I have had in Spain. The freebies in the bathroom was good. The free drinks (3) in the fridge are a great asset.
