Jyoti at the Sundowner bar at the Hotel is very good with the drinks. She was very attentive to kids who wanted something to drink. She whipped up a superb Mojito with an Orange twist. Overall an excellent property with direct access to the beach

Lovely property which is really well maintained by attentive and caring staff. A BIG SHOUTOUT to NESHAL who assisted us with everything right from check-in to check-out with a smile all the time. You’re wonderful Neshal. Keep up the good work. We were given both a room upgrade and late check out as requested. The Grill by the seaside was wonderful but the food at Figs & Olives was the highlight. Haven’t eaten such a wonderfully done Pizza in a long time and the prawns & avocado salad was done to perfection too. The resort arranges a complimentary pickup and drop to Fisherman’s wharf which is their own property and is our long time favourite in South Goa so had dinner one evening there as well. While the Rechados & Xacutis & Vindaloos were the same as always it was disappointing to see loud punjabi music being played at Fisherman’s wharf. Come on guys, this is Goa, not Purani Dilli. They did change the music more suited to the place and ambience on our request. Manor Beach was clean and uncrowded. The vast stretch of greenery between the cottages and beach is meticulously groomed and you could see the attention to detail in its maintenance even during monsoons. We’ll return back soon for more lazy days and wonderful memories.

It really a fantastic stay with holiday inn south goa the location was really osum really would love to come back again the food was really tasty and delicious the staff was really helpful and cooperative the room cleaning was good the rooms were nice

I regret to say that our stay at the Holiday Inn Goa has been a major disappointment. Despite ordering specific food for gut-related issues, our requests were dishonored twice, both at lunch and dinner. Room service is a mixed bag, often taking ages to fulfill even simple requests. Shockingly, even when we were sitting in the lobby and requested water at the reception, we had to ask twice and still received no service. The rooms are surprisingly small compared to other properties, and overall, the service feels very cheap and local, especially regarding the food. It's also frustrating that membership discounts aren't applicable on room orders. This is only our first day, with two more to go, and we're already regretting our choice. Extravagant in price but extremely lacking in service. God help us for the rest of our stay.

Holiday inn experience has been wonderful filled with warmth and amazing as always..whether I come.here for business or for family experience. it's always perfect..Praveen ,***oj,Rohini, aeron, John sir , binita , sujay ,varun ,Francisco and the list of names can continue..so ***y names from us totally shows that it's not one person performing but all of them believes in excellent delivery and experience for the client.. our special mention will be for Praveen ji for excellent hospitality and care and support....Avira and June from.reservation team a big thank you...John senior ( the *** behind the show )and BINIta from GRE team thank you for taking care..each and every person at the pool , at beach grill and zest ... and at the facility namely security,room.service,ut staff,kids area team etc etc big big thank you...like we say holiday inn is our 2nd home and we look.forward to be there once again very soon God bless all Jai Mata di 🙏 🙌 😍 Best Regards Rohan Mahajan

It was my first time in this property. It was really beautiful. The beach was really clean and tidy. The food was really good and tasty. The rooms were pretty good. I would love to come back in this property again with my family. The event was well organised.excellent stay
