La ubicación es inmejorable y el precio es razonable. Mientras la habitación estaba limpia, tenía un olor químico muy penetrante que no se quitó durante los 2 días que estuvimos. El inodoro se tapó en cuanto llegamos y no había quién nos ayudara. Escribí al WhatsApp según las instrucciones y nadie me respondió. En la regadera había moho y tienen una máquina en el baño que hace mucho ruido cuando se activa (no estaba puesta todo el tiempo). Las camas no son lo mejor, pero está bien para no estar mucho tiempo.

La ubicación muy cerca del centro a 5 minutos a pie para ver la zona turística de Salamanca. La habitación pequeña pero limpia para una noche esta bien. Tenían que poner más perchas en el armario solo había una y enana. Mucho ruido al tirar de la cadena del baño, el nuestro y el de todas las demás habitaciones. Para una noche esta bien y ver Salamanca.

El hotel está muy bien situado, es tranquilo, y acuden muchos trabajadores. Para pasar una noche está genial, en día de diario es silencioso y se duerme bien. Tiene lo justo, y limpieza bien. Aunque deberían mejorar un poco el baño, los dispensadores de jabón están un poco desgastados y medio rotos. Pero bueno, para una noche está genial. Tiene una máquina dispensadora de café,con bebidas y algo de snacks. Yo me alojó siempre que tengo lío en el trabajo y salgo tarde, pues no vivo en Salamanca

Me equivoqué y reservé un día antes de la fecha que necesitaba e intenté que me la cambiaran (había hueco). Pero no me dieron ninguna solución argumentando que ellos no podían hacer cambios en la reserva siendo su propio hostal. Puedo entender que no quieran hacer ese cambio porque fue culpa mía pero la atención fue nefasta. Mientras que Trip me atendió de muy buenas maneras y con predisposición a colaborar, los del Hostal me atendieron fatal, desde la gerencia hasta la recepción. Fueron antipáticos y muy poco colaboradores.

I arrived in Salamanca by bus, so I walked to this hotel. The bus station is about 1.5 km away. Acceptable. The hostel is closer to the center, on the inner ring road, about 10-15 minutes walk. Hostal Santel San Marcos is located in a residential building, entrance from the courtyard. There is no 24-hour reception, I will have to go in along the way and then find the key, which caused me some difficulties. My room had windows facing the courtyard so it was very quiet. Everything is very clean. The price for the room is acceptable (29 euros). A good place to spend the night.
