The front desk was pestering us to make the reservation directly with them. We changed hotels because of that!

Brilliant, perfect place to stay to visit submarine pens. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking was brilliant, either in the secure gated fenced car park or in the basement car park. Brilliant as travelling overnight stop so very reassuring and no need to empty car.

Pool not open even though advertised as such. Gym smells horrible covered in sweat. The walls of our room were sticky and covered in streaks of an unknown liquid. Also, scratches and marks on every surface.

Booked a suite here with a separate bedroom. First the positives. The staff are friendly and helpful and gave us good tips for local restaurants etc. There is an on site car park and the rooms are spacious with clean bedding and towels. There is a kitchenette including basic equipment for a short stay. The breakfast is adequate for the price but basic. Now the negatives. The rooms are very dark and tired with chipped paintwork and stains on the wall. The pictures on the website arent accurate. The bathroom is tiny. The car park (if you dont use a lift like me) is accessed by a walk through a dirty alleyway. The area is close to amenities but doesnt feel safe at night. Overall it was OK but I wouldnt stay again,

Les chambres sont spacieuses la literie est confortable.
L accès à la salle de fitness ce fait sur réservation sur des créneaux théorique d'une heure...
Si vous tomber bien vous pourrez vous entraîner sinon tampis ...

Cet hôtel vieillit très mal.
Nous sommes partis le dernier jour avec un dégât des eaux qui a provoquer la rupture d une plaque de toit. Notre surprise fut de découvrir un plat en Pyrex ou plutôt deux qui faisait office de pièce à eau.
Le petit déjeuner vu le prix très élevé est vraiment très très léger.
Nous avons aussi on impression de faire suer le personnel.
Quant à la piscine pas d analyse de l eau depuis 2 ans et à l époque l eau était de qualité moyenne.

Très bonne expérience. Très bien accueilli logement très fonctionnel. Personnel à l’écoute et réactif.
La climatisation a été en plus dans votre choix et la piscine a confirmé nos attentes. La piscine est entretenue chaque matin elle est constitué d’un jardin arboré très agréable avec un bon emplacement au cœur de Saint-Nazaire.
