Their email invitation for feedback is typical of their ineptitude, in that it is simply a link to the booking page. The guys driving the minibus should be running the place, as they make more effort than all the other staff combined. The only answer to any question or request of anyone else working there is, "Sorry, no." Feral children running underfoot at all hours in the breakfast room and most of the premises, tea provided in the room but no coffee permitted on site, they say. Ill-informed staff who do not know the status of shops in St Moritz or direct you to the correct side of the building you are staying in. Abysmal, really, so my three stars are purely for the guys operating the minibus shuttle. They need to get everyone's bonus this year, as all the rest deserve to be let go.

St. Moritz is about nature and Berghotel Randolins embraces it to its fullest. Glad we chose this instead of centre of town. Rooms have impressive views! Room itself very neat, super clean, beds were comfortable and pillows nice and fluffy!! Bathroom has basic a combined soap/shampoo, in case ladies wish to bring in something extra! We also asked for a kettle that we were gladly given! Healthy choices in breakfast and dinner. Food and salads so fresh! Cookies at breakfast were delicious!! We bought their local tart at the check-out and loving it! Shuttle service to town but it does need a bit of organising of your time. I wish there were more services during the early afternoon! Bus is a 7-seater so better book your spot quickly. The shuttle driver was super friendly and helpful and gave us very helpful tips as well. Reception manager spent a lot of time explaining the surroundings and activities to us! All staff was very professional and super friendly. Spa area is small with impressive vistas and super well kept. But it opens only at 2pm until 9pm. We missed the 1st day use because of shuttle schedule and on the check-out morning, there was no time. I would recommend that morning hours should also be available for people wanting it!

What an amazing experience! The front desk helped us so much with everything - from taxi to reservation. The room was stunning, views of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. Extremely helpful staff, helped us set up multiple taxis and the resort was absolutely stunning. Do not waste your time anywhere else - stay here!

Excellent hotel with very nice service by the hotel hosts at the reception, in the restaurant. Good knowledge about the environment and tips. Really enjoyed our stay. Already have an option for the next year.

A very well managed hotel located up in the mountains close to the lift system. The staff is terrific, helpful, and the shuttle service is offered every 30 mins during 9-18. Very good facilities with heated ski lockers and a large parking area if you arrive by car. Highly recommend.

The location was wonderful (but really hard to walk to). Make sure you call and reserve a shuttle ride to the hotel. The staff was Great and make sure you order it with breakfast included, it has an Amazing selection! The unit was really clean but we did find that some of the linens had small holes in them (no big deal). We did not get to experience a lot the place had to offer and would love to visit again.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Quiet surrondings and perfect location for hiking and climbing in beautiful nearby mountains. Access to a small but very nice spa. Good restaurant located at hotel. Car park nearby.

If you once have been here, it‘s sure: you will return. Starting from the wake-up view in the morning over the Engadin lakes, the amazing breakfast with the variety of the swiss cheese. And when you come back from the day‘s activities a small but excellent wellness area prepares you for the evening diner. And all for a kind of „St.Moritz budget price“ - not cheap, but worth every Chf.

this hotel is everythingg!!! its reallyy amazing! the service is greattt and we even got a free upgrade without any charges! the facility is also fantasticc! this hotel is also kids friendly! i really recommend this hotel for those ones are finding one in St.Moritz!!
