Location is stunning. Rooms are spacious, well designed and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and attentive.
For the quality of the hotel and the price, the breakfast was a little underwhelming, just a bread basket, a limited selection of cereals, with cheese and charcuterie for a supplement (no fresh fruits, no eggs, juices weren't fresh etc).
The hotel lacks a gym / fitness space. I found this quite strange for a 'spa' resort.

Magnifique, Fantastique. Personnel de l’accueil et du restaurant au petit soin, adorables. Le spa est aussi de qualité.
Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner, le buffet proposé n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement.
On reviendra 😉

Personnel très agréable. Bel appartement.
Pas très bien insonorisé, surprise de voir des radiateurs électriques.
Accueil agréable, le personnel est très avenant.
Très belle déco, les chambres sont belles , la literie est très bien .
Dommage que le spa ne soit pas compris dans la tarification.
Le spa est à faire , surtout si vous pouvez le privatiser. Jacuzzi extérieur face à la montagne enneigée : un pur bonheur.

Magnifique hôtel, avec belle vue et proches de randonnées.
Le seul bémol, le prix du spa, qu'on doit payer en plus de la chambre qui n'est déjà pas donné.

Conforto e decoração expetaculares. Serviço e café da manhã abaixo das expectativas. O hotel deveria avisar que todos os serviços devem ser agendados previamente. Durante nossa estadia não tivemos acesso ao restaurante e ao spar do hotel pois não haviamos reservado com antecedência!

Super séjour mais on aurait aimé un petit déjeuner plus intéressant (pas d'oeufs brouillés, pas beaucoup de fruits etc.) Sinon magnifique hôtel et bar pour l'apéro.

rugueuse parfois sèche, un vocabulaire pauvre "du coup ceci, du coup cela, du coup ...."
Langue parlée uniquement le français (peut être un peu d'italien...?).
