Auberge Lac du Pin Rouge

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and we couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, I’ve were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The rooms were creating a cozy and inviting a**osphere. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel's room picturesque lake view. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They were attentive, responsive, and always eager to assist with any request or question. The hotel's dining options were also a highlight. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals that catered to a variety of tastes. Another highlight was the inviting hot tub facility. It was impeccably maintained and positioned to take full advantage of the lake view. Soaking in the hot tub while gazing out at the tranquil waters was the ultimate way to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, our stay at this hotel was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, for leisure. I look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful stay here! Very recommended. Price was right and the service was above and beyond. Beautiful views and facilities, numerous fire pits, restaurant on site and includes a hearty and delicious breakfast. All our area and stay questions were thoughtfully answered. Merci Guillaume !

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The customer service was great! I had a bad surprise when I arrived. There was no bathroom attached to my Deluxe room. It was not advertised when I booked. I traveled with a 4 year old and sharing a common bathroom was less than ideal and a security issue at night. For the price I paid, I was very surprised not to have my own bathroom. The price does not match the room type or the amenities.

I like the private beach and complementary water activities. I enjoyed the exceptional breakfast.

New owners but eager to please guests. Restaurant served excellent food but wait times were long. 8 room inn and were full during our stay. William was quite attentive as was Louis. Lake access right across the street with 2 fresh crosswalk markings on roadway. Nice beach and sand. Water toys canoe, kayaks,and paddle boats were free. New condition except for paddle boats. Would easily rebook here again.
