Holiday Inn Express ST. Augustine - Vilano Beach

The staff were all so nice and accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean! Breakfast was very good lots of options.

Everything was lovely- simple and modern, clean and friendly staff. They had a very nice breakfast too. Indoor heated pool was amazing in January and opens up in the summer. Wow. The room could be a bit cozier and have another chair or so for families but the staff made you feel you could ask for anything and they would have brought us one if we had asked. Really a nice place to stay. Will be returning.

We stay at HIE's frequently when we travel. This stay was top notch. From the ladies who cleaned the rooms (ours recognized we needed an item AND brought it to us before we even asked!) to the extra helpfulness/friendliness/service of any staff members to the general manager (owner?) talking with guests every morning at breakfast (AND bringing refills/extras, cleaning tables etc!!!). Wow! Have never experienced this level of customer service at any other HIE we've stayed at. Excellant!

Zero issues at all. Will definitely book if coming back to the area. Good value and we enjoyed everything from staff to breakfast and the indoor pool.

The property is fairly new and well maintained. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the view from the room was amazing. Kory called to confirm the morning of my check in with the hotel and ask about room preferences. Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by Kory and received amazing customer service. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and mentioned to kory when we talked earlier in the day. When we went into the room there was a card signed by the the hotel team and a small gift for our anniversary. The great customer service extended throughout our stay, every team member we encountered was pleasant and engaged with us. I will be visiting this hotel again and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for the experience.

Me and my husband stayed 2 days and weren't disappointed whatsoever they are so kind and so clean the employees make you feel at home. It was a little cold at the beach so the reception let us know that the pool was nice and warm. The beach is within walking distance from the hotel Publix is next door making it easy to grab drinks for the beach. We will truly book here again 🙂

A great one night stay in this hotel. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable, newly refurbished, clean & well equipped. Nice buffet breakfast. Great location for Vilano beach. Local restaurant & supermarket nearby.
