Hopeless hotel and it's management. Booking made through trip.com and paid in Aus$ but hotel refused to accept the booking. Spoke to trio.com and they sent an email still hotel said they have not received any booking nor email. At last I have yo pay again in local currency. Now fighting trip.com to get refund.
Don't know if fault is from trip.com or from hotel but customer suffered and lost faith with trip.com and hotel.

The room quality is very poor and compatible with the budget, there is no ventilation, directly people visit hotel and book room at very cheap rate, while online have booked this one very costly.

Receptionist behaviour was not good. When i asked him to change the room, he had denied to do the same. Ac was also not good. Very bad hospitality.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast menu. Staff is supportive and will share information about surroundings.

Was not clean as expected, last time it was good as compare to this one. Was mosquitoes in the room and washroom as well.

Wi-fi was not available in rooms. Though some how my laptop got connected. Connection was slow. Food was good. Staff was cooperative. Nice room but toilet was not up to the mark. Hot water was not available but staff was good to provide a bucket of hot water.
