The room had a strong smell that we had to crack the window and turn on the air for the smell to go away, the place is old, so for the price of $130 a night is ok right? Well..
So I booked this room using trip.com app and because of that the front desk girl required me to pay $250 as a security deposit.. if not I had to leave, so if you add it up, to stay a night at this place in a so so room, I had to charge $129+$250 security deposit +10 parking = so after $390 I could have a night of sleep. I just hope I can get my deposit back as soon as possible.
They said 5 to 7 days.
So just you know before you go!

This place is a hidden gem! Close to downtown! Close to Golden 1 center and discovery park! Super nice! Clean! Great breakfast! All the amenities! Small gym, pool, basketball/pickle ball court! Lots of restaurants and shops close by! We will definitely stay here again!

Rooms are set up like apartments with a kitchen and very comfy beds. A little challenging to find my room but otherwise I would highly recommend

We had a very good night of rest. The service by staff was very nice. I highly recommend this place especially if you need a bigger place. Their suite with 2 bedrooms is a great deal.

Very nice room and great bed. $250 deposit a bit over the top. No shuttle from airport and voucher did not come close to covering the Uber. Geared more toward business multi day stay rather than the transient traveler that I am. Good breakfast but no fruit other than apples and oranges.

The property is good but the front office staff needs training. On 2023 Christmas day, the Front Office staff was grumpy, did not wish any guests. When I asked to check out 2 hours later, I was told the cost would be $100 per hour. He could have given the room free, there were plenty of rooms available and made a customer happy but he was not inclined. He was charging the same price as obtaining a room for another day. Customer relations training is needed. But the waitress who served breakfast was excellent. Wished me for Christmas, waited longer and had a smile on her face. Thank you for trying to amend what your manager does,

Great property, basically like living in a small apartment, doors could be perhaps a bit thicker to keep noise from getting in can hear the freeway and wind. Still an amazing place to stay
