房間很舊，緊靠馬路，窗的隔音非常差還漏風，廁所太簡陋，排氣扇的聲音賽過摩託車。熱水小的像眼淚，為避免着涼衹能放棄洗澡。但是，實事求是的講，酒店離小鎮還蠻近的，英國大嬸們都很客氣，推薦的飯店（The Standard）不錯，早餐雖然不是自助的，但根據菜單點還是不錯的，完全能吃飽。

It was wonderful. Sally was the best at the front desk. We stayed in the Queen Elizabeth room and the town was delightful. We loved the room and wonderful Christmas atmosphere.

On the other side of the river, but easily walkable to Mermaid St, High st. and other Rye attractions. The cooked breakfast is of a high standard. This was our second visit to River Haven and the ******* rate for the family room was v. welcome.

This hotel is ideally placed to visit Rye without having to negotiate the tiny streets of the old town. It is a very short walk away with good parking. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean though the carpet is a bit worn. You need to be careful in the shower in the bath as it is easy to slip - maybe a shower mat could be provided. The towels were very good - large and thick. The cooked breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was easy to find and on a plus side had somewhere to park. The receptionist made me feel very welcome.
Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast adequate. Good choice of food.
Would definitely stay again.
