Rooms stink and are outdated maids don’t clean properly dirt and dust on lights holes in carpet trash beside dressers used water bottles in room. Bathrooms need repairs on walls they are cracks. The pool was nice. Hotel looks nice from outside that’s it but inside is old.

The service is top notch. The pool area, grounds, amenities also top notch. The room size and features are fantastic! The small things need work. The pull out bed was barely functioning. Was dirty underneath the couch. The dishwasher leaked water all over the floor when we tried to run it. Neither the back sliding door or bathroom door lock worked. We will defintely be back, but a walk through of the rooms over time, may e couple rooms a day, just check to make sure everything works. Thanks!

This is my favorite place to stay in Ruidoso but unfortunately this past stay wasnt up to expectations. My room had no shampoo or bodywash, the outdoor fireplace was not operational,

The hotel is very nice, the service too the only that I can say is the pillows need to be changed to more comfortable because I woke up with my neck soreness

so far so good, however no early check in was possible which was inconvenient as we had to change our gear in a restroom elsewhere to to to the local winter park. Not nice.

Stayed fpr 2 nights and upon return after the 1st night room was not clean(vacuumed),beds not made, coffee bar not replenished. Very disappointing

Ruthie at the front desk was so nice and friendly made check in seamlessly easy! The room was very spacious & clean and the bed was super comfortable! Their breakfast was hands down the best breakfast we’ve had at a resort stay.
