We had booked two rooms with a double and a single bed in both but when we arrived we were told are booking was for two rooms with one double in each as we had children as well was not best pleased hotel was great but spoilt the trip

Friendly service and nice hotel. Room
Was very basic as it was one of the rooms that hadn’t been renovated yet. However it was totally adequate for our needs and at a decent price, so would stay again if in the area.

Quiet, easily accessible location
Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable room and beds.
Very attractive bar and restaurant area - good food from a varied menu at reasonable prices.
Excellent, welcoming and helpful staff who were very quick to resolve a couple of issues thereby ensuring our stay was a a great one - have no hesitation in recommending

On the one jight that we stayed we could not fault any part of the hotel and service. The staff from reception to the breakfast staff and even the girls who were servicing the rooms were excellent and should be commended'

Hotel was great, stayed in 212 was nice and had good shower. Only complainant would be bed was a bit small as had single and a standard double and mattress was a bit hard. Cracking bar to sit and have drinks and enjoy the fire. Breakfast was great in morning, plenty of options. Good value would definitely stay again when up visiting family

Almost a perfect stay, let down only by the lack of adult-only space in the main bar area, which sometimes sounded like a crèche… if it gets unbearable then go across the carpark to the Italian restaurant, which is highly recommended. Great breakfast.

Attractive hotel, friendly staff, down to earth, smiley while being completely professional. They help create a lovely a**osphere at breakfast.
