แบกกระเป๋าเดินทางลําบาก แต่ทําเลดี เป็นประสบการณ์ใหม่ แยกจากค่าที่พัก จ่ายภาษีนักท่องเที่ยว 1.86 ยูโร สามารถใช้บัตรได้ พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ไกด์ดี ขอบคุณค่ะ เนื่องจากเป็นการเชื่อมต่อบริษัท เราจึงไม่สามารถติดต่อได้อย่างน้อยก็ดี แต่โชคดีที่เราสามารถเช็คอินได้ตอนดึก ที่จอดรถดีมาก ถ้าเช็คอินเกิน 20.00 น. ทางที่ดีควรติดต่อล่วงหน้า ขอบคุณพนักงานชายของสํานักงานมากที่ดูแลความสะดวกของเรา

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก เพียงไม่กี่ห้อง ดีไซน์มาก สวยมาก ออกไปสักครู่เพื่อไปยังอ่าวที่สวยงาม ที่นี่เป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสำหรับการชมพระอาทิตย์ตก ห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน แต่ต้องมีกาต้มน้ำไฟฟ้าและแปรงสีฟันยาสีฟัน อาหารเช้าหลากหลายของโรงแรมไม่อร่อยแต่รสชาติดีมาก บริการของโรงแรมอยู่ในสถานที่ ห้องพักสะอาด ทันเวลา เจ้าของโรงแรมพบเราด้วยการจับมือที่อบอุ่นและถามถึงความรู้สึกในการเข้าพัก เมื่อเราไปถึงและออกจากโรงแรม บริกรก็ส่งเราไปที่สถานีขนส่งพร้อมรถแบตเตอรี ทุกลิงค์บริการสามารถเป็นมืออาชีพได้ นอกจากนี้ การเดินทางฟรียังต้องมีทักษะในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษด้วยวาจาขั้นพื้นฐาน ซึ่งสำคัญมาก

I would give this a ”very good” for the property as it was nice and nicer than I expected. The room was equipped with a kitchenette and a really nice big balcony. I was there out of season so couldn't fully appreciate the balcony, but it was a nice outdoor space. What wasn't so good was the check-in process. I booked through **********, and on none of the communications was the name of the rental people (I forget their name now but it began with an A). I duly communicated or tried to communicate through ********** as requested. I explained that I was driving from Zagreb and would let them know when I landed so they knew when to expect me. At that point they made me aware that I would need to go to the office of the rental agency and then be taken to the property. It was dark by the time I arrived and the gateway was right off a main road onto a one way street, having been in the country 4 hours on my own in a hire car, this was not helpful. They didn't respond to the messages through ********** but had at no point given me their direct details which would have helped greatly. Eventually I had to phone a Croation phone number from my English phone (don't know what that's cost me) to be quite rudely asked ”where you are you then ? Did you not follow the instructions”. Which, yes I had, I just didn't know if I was in the right place or not. The chap was out delivering another couple to thir property and he told me to wait and he would come back for me. Which he duly did. I left the car at their office that first night as the parking was unclear. However the next day I was able to park near the property, so that was good. They would have come and got me again on checkout day if my car was at theirs. This did negatively impact my initial first impressions - when I said that if I had been given a bit more info it would have been fine and the chap said I should have googled it ?? But googled what ? The process works, but it would be so much better if everyone knew what was happening. I was then given their watsapp number, which is their phone number, but again, you only know that if you know ! THat made it much easier and I was able to message as I checked out. So, the property was nice, its a great location. I don't want to sound negative, but things need to be clearer - especially when using third party platforms.

โรงแรมและทําเลที่ตั้งที่ยอดเยี่ยม ระยะทางสั้น ๆ ไปยังเส้นทางชายฝั่งที่น่าทึ่งยืมจักรยานและออกไปเที่ยวกับร้านกาแฟเล็ก ๆ ตลอดทางเป็นเวลาหลายชั่วโมง เดินไปยัง Rovinj ได้อย่างสะดวกสบายมีร้านค้าและร้านอาหารมากมาย ข้อเสียคือคุณไม่สามารถรับเก้าอี้นั่งริมสระน้ําได้เสมอซึ่งมีไม่มากนัก ยอมรับไม่ได้จริงๆ บางทีคนอื่น ๆ อาจจะมาจาก Lone หรือไม่ บริการบาร์ริมสระเป็นสิ่งที่ดีและการบริการของ Mullini Beach ก็ดีมากเช่นกัน อาหารเช้าโอเค อาหารจากเมนูเสิร์ฟเย็นๆ แม้ว่า? ไข่ลวกเย็นๆ เลยไม่รําคาญอีกแล้วแค่ทานบุฟเฟ่ต์ ขอห้องสูง แต่ไม่มีห้อง น่าผิดหวังเล็กน้อยเพราะไม่มีวิวและจากที่เราจ่ายไป 3 คืนไม่ใช่มุมมองที่ดีบวกกับมดเข้ามาในห้อง โรงแรม fab โดยรวม

ห้องพักสะอาดและกว้างขวาง พร้อมระเบียงขนาดใหญ่ ทางโรงแรมมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกหลากหลาย ทั้งสระว่ายน้ำในร่มและกลางแจ้ง ซาวน่า โรงยิม สปา ฯลฯ มองไปเห็นทะเลและป่าไม้ก็เหมาะมากสำหรับวันหยุดพักผ่อนสองสามวัน เราออกเดินทางหนึ่งคืนหลังจากเยี่ยมชม Rovinj และมันก็น่าเสียดาย

This was my 2nd visit to the hotel. First time was in September and this time peak August. The contrast between the 2 months was shocking. I’ll start with the good. Rooms all have sea views and are spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and perfectly adequate bathroom. Pool area is really nice and the tiered landscaping makes good use of the space. Plenty of sun beds. Snack bar has amazing pizza big enough to share and servers super friendly there. The pebble beach is pretty and I like the rocky sunbathing platform that spans the length of the resort. The sea is clean and clear. Buffet restaurant always had something for all 7 of our party even the most fussy, The not so good. TUI flight landed a.m and got to hotel around 11:30. At first was told rather briskly to basically go away and come back at 3! I had to ask for towels so we could at least relax by the pool. Towels can be changed every 3 days with tokens given at check in. I appreciate that the rooms may not have been ready but I’ve never actually been turned away. Not the best start. Also the service in the restaurant was hit and miss. I think that water should at least be complimentary with dinner. The bad. The hotel guests are 90% German/Austrian so don’t expect any English speaking entertainment. Also bear in mind that there are hundreds of toddlers running around the pool and restaurant areas and these are barely supervised by their parents resulting in constantly being splashed and lots of little hands in the buffet! If you haven’t got kids go outside of school holidays. Air con in rooms and restaurant was totally inadequate. It was 32° most days and the restaurant at dinner time was stifling. They need fans desperately. Parking in the hotel is a total nightmare. Nowhere near enough spaces for rooms so ended up parking outside. Lastly and most disappointing….24€ per day for 2 sun beds and a parasol is quite frankly disgusting. Would cost a family of four 48€ a day!?!? Totally out of order.

My husband and I booked the hotel as a last minute cheap deal and on first impressions we were impressed. The hotel is in a nice setting with well tended gardens and a short walk to the seafront promenade, great if you want to lie around the pool all week but we found it too cut off. There are no local buses in the area at all and the small tourist train was 1km away and had very restricted times being early season. A taxi into porec was £20 each way. Hotel food was typical for a large tourist hotel and we always found something to eat. The bedrooms however are extremely small and very basic no storage cupboards or drawers for anything at all.the bathrooms are so small the shower door wouldn't open fully as banged into the toilet and the bathroom door couldn't open fully due to the towel rail behind it. You get bigger bathrooms on cruise ships ! The main down side was the constant stream of tourist coaches which used the hotel on a daily basis ( 8 full coaches on one particular day )which left the hotel more like a travel lodge motel and not like a relaxing away from it all holiday break. In all an OK hotel for the money we paid but not somewhere we would return to unless in a coach party.
