Good size room with a fireplace we couldn't figure out. The decor had a dated style but it's ok not bad but not great. The parking lot is very dark at night and feels a little sketchy but it's not bad.

I was put off by reviews saying the facility needs updating, but it was the perfect home away from home. Not new, but very comfortable, clean, and a wonderful deal. The staff was friendly and extremely attentive, literally from the moment I walked in the door. They went above and beyond -- everything from worrying about my late arrival to finding a cherished earring that had fallen under the couch. Very reasonable rates for a suite that was bigger than some apar**ents I've lived in. Kitchen was modern and fully stocked. Parking plentiful. There were kids playing on the basketball court and in the pool. If there was ever a problem, such as a burnt-out light bulb, it was taken care of immediately. I will definitely stay again; it was a wonderful place to stay for my eight days in the Austin area.

Had to speak loudly and say “hello!” over and over to get anyone at the front desk, so check-in and check-out took too long.
Room and hotel itself were pretty dark, and the room had a strange smell. Only one extra door latch on entry door, and it had an adjoining room door that I couldn’t lock from my side.
Amenities were bare: one tiny bar of soap, and shampoo/conditioner attached to the wall.
TV was difficult to use (long lag times, no menu, basic cable channels with no way to stream or cast from phone).
Breakfast included runny, watery eggs, soft/limp bacon, and tater tots that tasted strange.
All in all, I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that were a hundred times better over the last 6 months. I expected at least equal quality/service at this one because they charged more

Lobby and elevators smell like bug spray and bleach. All lights are white florescent bulbs giving it the look of a laundromat. Connected to a Home Depot on one side and an active construction site on the other. Truly a frightening hotel. I checked out early and found an alternate hotel. Even one night would have been too much. Staff was nice.

One of the worst / most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed at with management unwilling to resolve issues. I spent two nights at the hotel and slept on top of towels on the bed because everything was so gross. There were disgusting stains on the curtains, floor, and couch cushions. Bugs ran across the floor in the bathroom. The AC barely worked and made the air smell burnt. We tried to touch as few things in the room as possible. Management did not acknowledge any problems until I submitted an official complaint with Marriott, at which point they said there were no bugs, brushed my other issues under the rug, and even went as far as to accuse me of making up the complaints to get a refund. A truly horrific experience. Will never be back.

It was a good experience, except for some constructive suggestions with respect to improving the visibility by providing LED light that remove the yellow ambience in the room that give it a drab look and the need to update some of the kitchen stuff such as a scrubber for the vessels and a functioning ice maker in the refrigerator.

Staff is amazing. Fay and Trish and Edward has always treated me like one of the family. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Very little issues. If so they have taken care of them. I highly recommend this hotel. I have been staying here long term. And been well treated
