酒店在亞特蘭大北部，距離機場50多公里
房間很大，衞生不錯，就是設施太舊了。電梯的按鈕壞了
酒店提供免費的飲料
酒店早餐簡單，但是已經比普通的美國酒店強了很多

Clean and peaceful and more than anything staff were cheerful. Nothing to point that is not good for a short stay. Only one thing is breakfast closes at 9 am sharp. For ppl who are not early birds will miss the free breakfast. Maybe it should be open till at least 9:30 AM

Good property, good breakfast options and prefect location that had restaurants, shopping and entertainment within 2 to 5 minutes from location on the same street. One of the hotel elevators was not working the entire stay, hotel did not have extra blankets for the pullout bed.

Room felt dirty and i felt dirty staying there. Was really excited to go home and shower. Staff was super nice but theres nothing special about the room. Basic TV and small fridge. Was not worth $96 a night. No microwaves in the room. Not a great room if you have little ones that go to bed early cause then you go to bed early.
Food on property is overpriced along with the drinks. Did offer free breakfast which was food but nothing special.

The room did not have shower soap in the room. Front desk said they would deliver it. It took a second visit to obtain. After returning from dinner, realized the room did not have a TV remote. Third trip to front desk-desk clerk said that maint was gone. Returned to room following day at 2:00 pm still no remote. And housekeeping had not serviced room. Asked clerk to have room serviced and replace towels. Returned that evening room was not serviced nor were new towels brought to room. Returned to front desk, and requested new towels. After an hour w/o call from front desk. Returned to desk. She said there were no towels. I asked her to get towels from a vacant room. Another hour &half pass without towels nor a call. Returned to front desk, she said she checked 7 rooms and there no towels. That I could get them in the morning. This was check out day, and it slowed my time to get back in the road by 1hour,

Completely lack of understanding and sympathy. We had a one night planned with my wife for valentines and the morning of our stay my wife woke up sick with food poisoning and we were not able to go. So we tried to switch our reservation to another day and the hotel refused to wave the fee which was more expensive than the stay and ended up simply losing our money and reservation. I understand rules but there is a more important part and that is customer service. Never would we ever consider this hotel again.

This property was under renovation. However, when I went in the check in, the young man at the desk told me to hold on and he went to talk to one of the construction workers. I was left standing for a while and finally another desk employee ask if I was being helped and helped me. He never came back. We were told our room was renovated. It was nice and clean however, if this was my bathroom I'd have them come back. The tub spout was not installed correctly and water from the shower was pouring down the hole in the wall. The shower head was not installed correctly either. We turned of the light in the frig because it lit up the whole room at night.
There was a very nice breakfast bar.
We'd try this location again in hopes things get fixed.

I checked in on Monday night around 11pm. The checkin lady seemed a bit strange. But, I noticed this stench in The lobby and as I looked to the right and inside the computer space there appeared to a homeless person and as I went around to look at the drink section where he was seating the smell got worst, he looked like he was testing to get some rest. He had a huge garbage bag with him. It made me feel unsafe and it appeared that the woman was aware of the citation and seemed frantic. While I feel sorry for his citation, if indeed he was homesless, as I know there is many around Alpharetta and near NPM because of Marta accessibility. I don’t think sheltering one at hotel is ok. This was Monday night 1/22. There are a cameras around and some needs to look into this issue if in deed he was homeless. As far as the hotel is under renovation lots of noise early in the morning until 8/9 pm. It also appears as people are living there and not just visiting.
