Reception team wasn’t helpful. Poor breakfast choices.
Pool was nice and clean.
Air conditioner has very strong perfume in the rooms. No security and main entrance of the hotel is always open and anyone can come in park their car and go to the pool or anywhere else. Not safe

Da premettere che non e' la prima spa che facciamo, ma direi la peggiore in assoluto, la vasca idromassaggio bella solo apparenza, pezzi di mosaico staccati nell acqua, funzionava a meta', doccia emozionale solo getto freddissimo con ragnatele, stanza del sale inguardabile, nelle doccia non funzionava l 'acqua calda, aperitivo con stuzzichini e patatine vecchie da non poter mangiare, invece di 120 minuti la signora che sembrava ci prendesse in giro per tutto il tempo ci ha fatto uscire con mezz'ora di anticipo!bella struttura ma poco funzionale

Dico solo questo... Quella struttura se non fosse per i ragazzi dell'animazione e per i ragazzi del bar esterno, sarebbe stata una vacanza da incubo. Bravi ragazzi! Per il resto struttura sicuramente non da 4 stelle..... Camere sporche e ambienti esterni poco curati e con questo non aggiungo altro . Ripeto però Animazione Top. Grazie a loro avranno raccolto qualche stella in più!!!!!

Bellissima struttura, avrei messo volentieri le 5 stelle se non fosse che la manutenzione della struttura è scadente. Ha rendere la vacanza memorabile è stato soprattutto il gruppo dell'animazione, ragazzi meravigliosi, grazie ad Enzo, Paco, Chiara, Siria, Martina, Giorgia e il mitico Dj Scrocco (Gualtiero), sempre con il sorriso e disponibili ad ascoltare anche i nostri brontolii. Un grazie anche al personale di sala e delle pulizie, anche loro sono stati il top e il bagnino Paolo. Ci tornerei solo se sapessi di ritrovarli tutti, altrimenti non sarebbe una vacanza da ricordare, ma solo da archiviare. Grazie ragazzi, vi aspetto a Potenza 😜

Struttura immensa personale gentile e disponibile, pulito, e molto bello. Ristorante provato solo un insalata ma veramente buona, consigliato per passare un periodo di relax purtroppo ho visto poco ma c'è una piscina bellissima. Veramente una piacevole scoperta

Siamo stati in vacanza una settimana al roscianum, siamo stati benissimo un mare spettacolare, piscina enorme e spaziosa…. Cibo buono, mare sempre bello lucido ma un applauso forte va ai ragazzi dell animazione che ci hanno regalato sorrisi tutti i giorni da Paco ad Enzo, Alessandro, scrocco , syria, florinda, Martina , chiara …. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Questa vacanza ci ha sorpreso, siamo arrivati qui con tutta la famiglia, il mese di agosto, la piscina è enorme ed è il punto forte della struttura, la steuttare ha bisogno di manutenzione ma ci siamo divertiti tantissimo, Un plauso va alla animazione di Paco, ci avete fatto divertire tantissimo, grazie all'anno prossimo

Non è un hotel a 4 stelle ....non ne merita nemmeno due .... Siamo arrivati sabato mattina e già l'impressione delle stanze nn pulite nn è stata buona ...poi scendiamo in piscina l anima della struttura xkè bellissima si presenta in condizioni pessime acqua verde e piena di alghe ... praticamente un incubo ..... La strutta e bella ma manutenzione zero ... Il Roscianum per come è in condizioni pessime può anche chiudere .. il padrone fa da bagnino pulisce la piscina e serve anche in cucina un tuttofare ...ma sempre con panni sporchi e luridi ... Spiaggia sporca come del resto tutta la struttura... L animazione buona E i ragazzi del bar e camerieri eccezionali...per chi vuole trascorrere una bella vacanza non è il posto ideale ....
