I always try and book this place when staying in and around Roseville. The front desk staff are awesome, very nice and personable. Nice, clean rooms and in a nice safe location!

Everything was perfect, I love staying at the Larkspur. It's in a convenient location and is very close to multiple restaurants and shopping centers. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

This hotel is a simple, easy, and safe place to stay, in a very good area. The only unfortunate thing was finding a lot of other people’s hair in the bathroom and in the bed. Gross!

The bed was hard as a rock, couldn't sleep, the receptionist didn't know how to operate the computer and credit card machine, so I had to pay in cash for my parking.

Great stay..was able to check in early..kitchen has everything for simple meal..nice location very quiet..was rather suprised the charged $10.00 for parking bit of a money grab..last time i stayed it was free and to my knowledge there were no signs indicating it was private! Also was suprised that door on 2nd floor to the stairwell and emergency exit was locked.

We had a good stay but the bed was the worst of any lodging where we have ever stayed. A queen is not right for us.
It was a hard bed and we were miserable.
The bag breakfast was nice.
We resent the parking fee.

Friendly staff when they're actually at the desk. Complementary breakfast you get to pick the night before & pick up from the front desk in the morning, versus having to convene with the masses for a continental breakfast.

The bed was very uncomfortable, felt like the spring popped out the mattress. It was very hard to try and sleep and we ended up leaving very early in the morning due to the inconvenience. Also, the body soap in the shower was completely out.

Check in was easy. I was surprised that parking cost $10 per day. The studio was very nice, with a full kitchen including a dishwasher.
