Out dated room, doors are hard to open, bad tv service, at least you can hook up a Roku if you brought one, area outside is dirty, people partying in the parking lot and doing donuts with there cars.

The staff is friendly rooms are clean and sound proof :-) close to lots of food options and near the 80 for easy access to the interstate

It was an older property but clean and had everything we needed. It
was nice to have the breakfast downstairs every morning.

When we arrived, our room was leaking, one of bed was wet. They refused to give us a new room at first, then changed us a new room while we instated. Some opened our door at mid-nigh because they forgot to put our new room in system and front desk gave our new room key to new customers. We also need to get our room keys refreshed.

I would say the place itself I would not recommend. The staff was pretty friendly and tried to help me get some sort of compensation but they couldn’t since I booked through *******. However, the room had no working A/C or heater. I tried calling the lobby twice, but no answer so I assumed they were closed. So we were stuck freezing all night long in under 50 degree weather. Secondly, there was this very very loud car in the parking lot of the hotel making so much noise with their sports car from 10-11pm. It was so loud me, my husband, and my daughter couldn’t sleep while having to wake up super early in the morning. So while I’m glad the service and breakfast was good, I would not stay at this place again. And it was pretty disappointing I didn’t get a refund, from either ******* or from the hotel.

There were several work trucks in the parking lot and many men staying there for nearby construction work. I felt generally safe, but probably wouldn't have booked this location if I had known ahead of time.
