The property is beautiful. We love the proximity to the beach and to poblado, and to many other beaches. Everything is excellent and the staff is amazing.

We stayed for a week, people were nice but the room was very old, pieces of the interior master shower broken (soap dish), bathroom sink trim was completely off, tv remote didn’t work, refrigerator door was in very poor condition but more than this, we couldn’t get into our own room with a key. Upon arrival we were told anytime we needed to get into our room someone from security desk had to let us in. No keys for guests and we learned it had been this way for 5 months. The employees were always very nice but it was an inconvenience for us and I’m guessing for many of the other guests. For these reasons, we likely won’t be staying there during our next vacation.

There are not keys for the guest rooms. Each time tou need to enter the room an employee from frontdesk have to come with the guest for open the room with a master key.

Difficulty to find parking in lot. Upgrade the rooms because there is humidity. Provide a key to open the room door. No key so I have to approach to the lobby for a service anytime I needed to open the door of the room

I didn't like the the fact that the key cards did not work. Staff had to open the door for us every time we went out also the parking situation needs to be improved.

I love the place but it needs maintanance. All weekend incluiding Monday a key system problem locked all doors, the key card doest function, every time we needcto go to the room you nedd annemoloyee with the master key to open the door.
The token machine in the arcade was out of service too, all weekend and Monday, the girls can not play.
The Staff was very friendly.

the room key was a problem we had to call somebody to open the room everytime and had to leave the car keys all the time other than that everything else was good

Very friendly staff, clean facilities, good security and very short walking distance from the beach and the Boqueron poblado. They continue to have the issue with the room door locks but the staff is willingly and happily available to unlock the doors regardless of the time or the number of times. The staff made our stay a very enjoyable one. We will recommend this place to all our friends and family.
