Hotel Prem Dynasty, Roorkee

The hotel is not as good for the price in terms of looks and facilities, if you compare the hotel and it's facilities, services to the price then it is a bit pricey, staff is friendly and helpful

We enjoyed our stay here. All the staffs are really helpful and kind person . We have taken tea here .. and it was really very awesome .. Thanks to all the staffs for our stress-free stay... Will come again and stay here only .. ♥️

There was no way to call the reception from the room unless until u go dawn all the way to ground floor from 2nd floor to ask them directly.

It's very close to the indian institute of technology roorkee.

Location is great, in a lane almost in front of the bus stand and very close to iit, but because of that, it's pretty noisy throughout the day and you feel that especially in the early morning and the vehicle horns are good enough to wake you up like an alarm. Food, tea was all decent. Great and fast service. Cleanliness is ok, not that great. A table/desk should be provided in the room to place the laptop for working from the hotel room. The bath towels provided were not that good. Wifi internet connectivity in the hotel room was pretty good, very fast speed. Overall good stay at an affordable price.

Hotel serves water bottles with ordinary water, also seal open, bead sheet was old, no dust bin in room, no electric cattle

Rooms and hotel was spacious and nice but not clean or well maintained. We checked out 1 day early before 12 pm but no refund from hotel end. No lift so we had to use stairs to second floor.

It was ok. The service was not that good. They didn't bring things or followed up on their guests propey.

At night and in the morning when i called at the reception from the room, didn't even pick up the phone. Electric call bell not working
