La chambre ça va manque une bouteille d'eau
Les autres voisins au-dessus et à côté bruyant ont entend le bruit de la douche des voisins à 23 h 30

Ok stay. Reception closes at 8pm so not great if arriving late. Rooms decent and decent price too. Easy to get Ubers into Lille centre for €28. Breakfast basic but ok. Plenty of parking on site for free so that was a real benefit. Filling in200 character limit now

Efficient check in, no hassle. Outside of the hotel has seen better days, but the room was large enough for a single night. The bed was actually of a better quality then expected - I've stayed at more prestigious brands with inferior bedding. Bathroom clean, water pressure optimal. Maybe an extra towel would have been nice. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. Great value for money.

Tarif affiché faux, à 3 jours de la réservation j'ai reçu un message disant que ça sera 10 euros de plus ça il y a eu une erreur dans l'affichage du prix sur Booking. Je leur ai dit que ça ne me regardait pas et de régler cela avec Booking. Les deux parties n'ont rien voulu savoir et c'est aux clients d'en subir les conséquences... Intolérable !!! De plus pas de wifi.... Si vous y allez vous êtes prévenu !!!

J’ai loué 3 chambres pour les membres de mon équipe. Ils sont arrivés tard, on m’appelle pas très agréable pour le dire qu’à 21h30 y aura plus personne sinon donner une emprunte de carte.
Les chambres sans chauffage à l’arrivée et très dure à chauffer
Pas de papier toilette et serviettes dans une chambre
Des traces de C—- dans les toilettes.
Une honte.
