Nikis Collection Trastevere

Really lovely accommodation in a wonderful location in Trastevere. Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, from arranging taxis, to storing our bags for us while we waited for our flight. Very comfortable room, slept very well. I Would happily stay here again!

This is one of the most attentive, great hotel experiences I have ever had! We travelled a familiy of 5 - including one daughter with special needs - and the staff was so attentive with us, answering all our questions via whats-app and going above and beyond to help us anyway they could. The room was amazing and perfect for the 5 os us - there is a splendid terrace that is nice and quiet and just really great for sitting on, when the youngest is tugged in. The breakfast was really nice and much better than other places in Rome! Great fresh coffee of your choice, fresh crossaint, yoghurt, biscuits and great juice (and something more). The location is also everything we wanted, located in the sweet spot between walking-distance to all sights and great restaurants in Trastevere. Thank you so much for contributing to making our stay unforgettable.

We stayed in numerous places during our trip through Italy, including three different locations in Rome. This is, unquestionably, the first place I would choose to stay in the next time we come to Rome. The cost was very reasonable for the quality of room and service. Specifically, the room was lovely, very clean, and in a great location (Trastevere, which would be my choice of neighborhoods to stay for a Rome first-timer unless you have difficulty with mobility). Even better than the room, the staff was over-the-top wonderful. They allowed us to drop our bags off early, and that turned into us being able to check in 1.5 hours early. Irakli was very informative and friendly during check in, which we really appreciated. And Giulia was absolutely top-tier with her communication and helpfulness. (She's the best!). It really was a great stay, and I wish we'd stayed there longer than we did. I can't recommend Nikis Collection Trastevere more.

Great central location ideal for sightseeing. 30 minutes walk to Vatican and also to centre of city, for trevi fountain and collusseum etc. Near river. Loads of local bars, restaurants, music etc. Kind and helpful staff who organised our transfers to airport and allowed us to leave bags and then change etc before late flight after checking out. Amazing roof terrace with view of st Peter's basilica. Clean room, we had the terrace as well . Very relaxing atmosphere and safe.

A small property with rooms in the lively Trastevere area. We booked a deluxe room for our 5 night stay in Rome. The staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. But ... the whole place was grubby, needs a good clean. The fleece throw on our bed was stained, the shower door was filthy around the runners, the breakfast room windows were dirty. Thats why I've only given this place 3.

Best hotel ever! Service was excellent, specially Giulia at the reception. Even a box of chocolate was left on my room on my birthday, obviously that made my day! The room was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is located in this beautiful Italian place with shops , cafes and restaurants all by walking distance .. there is an elevator , the room is very beautiful and the bathroom is so beautiful . All white with a towel warmer ! The staff are very friendly .. the roof top is an amazing place to set and look at Rome from above

Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure du check-in et avons demandé si nous pouvions avoir le petit-déjeuner ce jour-là au lieu du jour du départ puisque nous repartions bien avant l'ouverture du restaurant et avions réservé avec petit-déjeuner compris. Après beaucoup de tergiversations cela a été accepté sous condition que nous ne demandions pas de croissant, ce que nous avons fait. Il n'y avait que des biscottes et des biscuits avec beurre/confiture. Nous leur avons dit qu'au petit-déjeuner nous préférions du salé (fromages, charcuteries). Il nous a été répondu que pour cela il fallait payer un supplément de 2 Euros/jour/personne. C'est une réponse tellement ridicule et mesquine quand on vous fait payer une chambre plusieurs centaines d'Euros/jour ! Finalement au 3ème jour ils nous ont servi ce que nous avions demandé, sans supplément. Nous comprenons que dans un petit hôtel il n'y ait pas un grand buffet à disposition mais lorsque vous réservez une chambre avec petit-déjeuner compris, renseignez-vous de quel PD il s'agit. En Italie la préférence va au sucré. Un jour, le cendrier sur la terrasse n'avait pas été vidé, ce qui peut arriver. Le jour d'après, le cendrier n'était toujours pas vidé, les poubelles non-plus et le café, sucre et effets de toilette n'avaient pas été refournis. Le jacuzzi était bien là, malheureusement aucun peignoir. Le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable et la situation parfaite.

Magnifique hotel à taille humaine, idéalement situé dans le quartier animé de Trastevere ( 20 mn à pied de Piazza Venezia ...) , petit déj succulent , lit très confortable et le personnel ( Giulia, Luca ..) est vraiment adorable et attentionné ( renseignements , discussions ...) Nous commençons à bien connaitre Rome mais quand nous reviendrons , nous choisirons cet établissement , sans l ' ombre d ' une hésitation .
