相比於其他地方的酒店，這個酒店地理位置真的很好 離火車站2分鐘的路程，而且房間也算明亮和整潔，前台接待人員也很熱情。可能洗澡水温有些難控制和水流有點小之外，其他一切都是令人滿意的，價格也合理。比較推薦！

每年，都會在羅馬逗留幾次，第一次點評酒店！我對攜程已經是忠粉了！但不清楚攜程會和這類毫無性價比的酒店合作的！酒店惟一優勢就是離火車站近！房間十分之小，特別是沐浴室，連轉身也困難！花灑細水不長流，斷斷續續！沖涼的慾望都沒有！酒店外十分嘈雜，每晚到凌晨三點才稍微安靜！200多歐房費！性價比毫無可言！

酒店的位置非常的方便，Roma Termini出來步行兩分鐘就到了，對於在羅馬出遊來説非常的便利；房間新裝修過，看起來也很舒服；唯一美中不足的是床品（枕芯和被子）看起來有些年頭了、枕芯都搓起球了、即使套上枕套都能看見

第一天checkin 的時候，櫃台服務生已經不友善，態度冷漠。checkin後他帶我們去乘搭升降機，本以為我們的房間會在同一棟大廈，豈料他帶我們到地面，然後走兩分鐘到隔壁的舊樓。陰暗的環境，非常古舊的升降機，感覺非常危險，而且對周遭的房間一無所知，不知道是當地居民還是其他都是入住這間「酒店」的旅客，極度缺乏安全感，這絕非「酒店」應有的環境吧！我們絕不能接受支付酒店的價錢但接受如此危險的居住環境，因此當場跟職員查詢有沒有其他空房間能讓我們入住。他回答當晚已經沒有，只能待明天。
最後我們還是能夠住在原本的大廈裏的房間，而其他櫃台職員也是不友善，他們好像認為我們帶給他們很多麻煩，但我只是討回我應有的服務。這樣的體驗算是整輩子遇過最遭的，也不希望有其他旅客會遇到類似的情況。

Was there only for one night in transit to airport. It was the most affordable near the airport. Clean and personnel very friendly.

I do not recommend this hotel. There is a serious problem with the shower, the water pressure is so poor that it is impossible to take a shower. The water barely flows, if you want to wash the hair good luck. As for the toilet, the broken toilet bowl, terrible water pressure. The water is not flowing. For the price we pay we are willing to take a shower and go to the toilet. I went to the shopping center several times to wash.

The toilet in our room would not flush, we made staff aware the next morning and was told to pack up our things, if it could not be fixed we would be moved. We made the staff aware before we went out for the day that there was milk we had purchased in the fridge. When we got back our stuff had been moved into another room, no milk. Was told anything left behind was binned despite us being moved and there was already people in our old room.(if toilet was fixed why were we moved?!) Shower in new room was bad, had to hold the shower head as the clip was too loose. Did not look like pictures at all. Location was good close to train station, staff were friendly.

The Hotel is small, Check in is on the second floor, rooms are small but clean, restaurants, stores, train station and tour bus stop is near by.

We checked in before the time it said we could and the staff was understanding and let us in our room. However the room was disgusting. Stains all over the bed, mould everywhere in the bathroom and water dripping from the ceiling.
We shared our stay with some animals up in the roof making noise whilst we tried to sleep. The area has lots of restraunts and is a few minutes walk from the train station. To conclude, don’t stay here.
