The reception and hospitality staff were absolutely brilliant! So kind and generous, and everyone was very welcoming and the Reception and management team spoke such good English. The rooms were very clean and I had heavy luggage so was kindly given a room on the ground floor which was great, they even let me stay and use the hotel lobby to work from after check out.

La struttura è situata a pochi passi dalla stazione metro Rebibbia, il che è un punto a favore.
Entrando, siamo stati accolti discretamente.
La struttura si presenta attrezzata con balconcini, poltroncine e spazi relax.
Purtroppo entrando in camera, si è avvertito subito un cattivo odore di fogna.
Chiedendo alla reception ci è stato dato un profumatore ambienti, che ha tamponato la situazione ma non é stato del tutto risolutivo.
La colazione era niente male, completa di tutto il necessario.
Ultima nota...
Il giorno del check-out avvenuto prima dell'apertura del buffet della colazione, a causa del volo aereo, in reception abbiamo chiesto un caffè ed un cornetto dato che non potevamo usufruire del buffet e differentemente da quanto detto da chi c'era il giorno precedente alla reception, siamo stati accottentati dopo non poche discussioni e smorfie.
Quest'ultimo episodio ci ha lasciati molto perplessi.
Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza, ideale per alloggiare a pochi passi dalla metro e soggiornare pochi giorni.

Generally this is a nice little hotel, prefect location close to the metro that goes straight to the colosseum, also inly about 20 mins from ciampino airport. We actually found the location great. Some odd things, there is no kettle in the room, so no tea or coffe making facilities, we took our own coffee sachets and luckily we were able to get hot water from them bar. The rooms are pleasant but very basic, no wardrobe, draws etc and there is a small window within the door, so they do get really stuffy, no private balcony or much natural light in rooms. Staff are lovely, apart from the night receptionist our last night, he was just ignorant. You will be charged city tax of 6 euro pp per night on departure, we didnt know this so be prepared. Do not get a private taxi to/from hotel. We got charged 15 mins wait time by our taxi the day we left even though we got in it on time, apparently as standard they arrive 15 miutes early which our hotel didnt tell us so it was already 23 euros before we even left!.
