Very clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.

前台服務態度還好，早餐不太豐富。3人房是由2人房加床而成，所以空間有點小，距離地鐵站很近，方便出行。

With the exception of the receptionist who allowed us to check in earlier, the rest of them had moody faces.
I had to ask them twice before they could give me a bottle of wine that I was entitled to. Room was warm and had to request for another room. Walking there from the train station was a challenge, a lot of turns. When checking out I was charge twice, they had to do a refund which took some time. Thank goodness we checked out early, if not we would have missed our train for which I had pre booked earlier.

The hotel is located near the Central Train station which is convenient. The staff are pleasant, just not overly enthusiastic. The room was spacious and we'll appointed. Yes, I would stay there again.

Pleasant stay. My family was very happy during the whole of the trip. The room was spacious and clean, good water pressure in the shower and very confortable beds.
As a improvement point, we could not control the heaters on our room, as it seemed to be a centralised heating system for the whole of the building and at times, we find ourself sweating in our rooms. We had to counter fight it by putting the AC on, which felt terrible as to the whole being green and planet conscious business.

Check in/parking was not clear. Parking was not available even though requested which created delay in check in as the front desk kept asking if we had parked.
Difficult to communicate with bell staff at arrival and departure.
