Cervara Park Hotel

Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Very basic facilities, poor maintenance, poor breakfast.

The Hotel is definitely not clean at all, the bed has spots of ...., the service is zero, the management is not at all professional and the old woman there she is really Racist 🤮, in the room they dont provide anything ( water even there is No) the breakfast is only about few maybe 3 typs of food and so many of cake, I dont recommend this hotel to anyone, you will really regret it, 3 nights i booked in Advance , but i had to spend all day and almost all night out to feel myself Normal, Think 100 time before you throw your money on such low profile hotel and what is surprising it is 4 star, i give it even less than half star 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I already send some photos on the chat on this app specially the dirty spots on bed

The check in in this hotel was a nightmare! We arrived to the hotel with the email confirmation at 12 in the afternoon, the lady at the desk asked for my passport about five times and asked for my reservation information about ten times (she looked oddly confused and did not speak any other language) After about 40 minutes she tells us the room will be ready by 2:00 p.m. We sat and waited because of our luggage and at around 1:55 p.m. she tells us the room would not be ready until 3:00 p.m. and we should go out to eat and come back. Keep in mind the hotel is FAR from the city center (you have to go by metro and bus to get there) and there is nothing nearby. We had food reservations and activities to do in Rome so we asked to leave our luggage with them. We came back a around 8:30 p.m. and once again they asked for my reservation a thousand times to inform me after 20 minutes of waiting (again) that the hotel is overbooked and that it was not their problem and to leave please. The worst part is that it wasn’t the only case. Two more reservations were roomless. After this disrespectful treatment we obviously were upset and made the hotel understand that it is their problem and our reservation was booked and paid for in advanced, it was 9 pm and there is nothing nearby. The hotel “kindly” suggested we stay in a two people room (there was three of us and booked a TRIPLE ROOM) to which we had no other option than to accept. This was a mess and it made our trip super stressful not to mention all the wasted time. I would not recommend this hotel only for this reason. The room was fine and so was the breakfast. Like I said location was not the best. But the whole check in experience was horrible.

Experiencia Buena todos muy amables , y a pesar q estaba un poco lejos d3l centro tenía muy buena comunicación ,en la puerta pasa un bus que te lleva al tren.

家庭式那種酒店，服務有待提升，價錢確實便宜，整體還好。

di certo non un super lusso, ma non per questo dovrei infierire con una stella, molte cose sono da migliorare, comodo parcheggiare, discrezione, per quello che serve anche accogliente, un posto che ha grandi potenzialità, per un paiondi notti va più che bene, buono direi, per questo il mio giudizio va a tre stelle, per la possibilità di migliorare,sono fiducioso

venuto in gita con la scuola, hotel schifoso tenuto malissimo sia esternamente e soprattutto internamente pieno di polvere e muffa personale scadente e poco professionale da meglio dormire nel tevere con in pantegani. da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta molto di più. NON ANDATECI MAIIIIIII

Premesso che per gli 85€ dati rispetto ai prezzi medi romani non pretendevo niente, ma in una località turistica con 4* sono rimasto decisamente deluso. Struttura decisamente da sistemare. Camere confortevoli ma anche queste da sistemare. Climatizzazione insufficiente. Ho sofferto freddo tutta la notte. Colazione da dimenticare. Non è da 4* Pulizia generale da migliorare
