My wife and I stayed here for four nights in January 2023 and could not have been happier with our choice. A wonderful and simple breakfast was included with our room, which made the price we paid for our accommodation exceptional. When I informed them that I was gluten intolerant they went out of their way to ensure that my breakfast was celiac friendly. Breakfast included coffee, juice, yoghurt, bread, fruit and more. There was also a kettle and tea/coffee in the room with a small fridge. The rooms were a generous size, clean and well heated. The accommodation is very well located, only a short walk from Piazza del Popolo. If, like us, you wake early because of jet lag, it is only a short 30 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, which at dawn is empty of crowds. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you are staying in Rome and you are on a limited but healthy budget.

Beautiful apartment with daily housekeeping, lovely amenities and a wonderful breakfast served in our room
At first we were unsure of the area but it turned out to be fabulous. Close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps and more.
******* directions for check in were confusing. Parts of the booking said all day front desk, another stated specific hours and then found a statement that we needed to contact them in advance. We got it sorted and it all worked out better than expected

Camera di buon livello, sufficientemente ampia e con bagno adeguato. Molto cortese la persona che lo gestisce. Comodo il letto. Senza grosse pretese ma senza difetti importanti. Ottima posizione. Migliorabile la colazione, poco variegata.

Une vraie découverte pour des habitués de Rome où nous allons chaque année! Chambre claire, spacieuse. Literie parfaite. Agréable surprise: notre chambre donnait sur la cuisine et pour les matinaux comme moi, le café et le pain grillé dans son lit c’était top! Manolo nous a réservé un super accueil. Disponible à tout moment sur whatsap! Emplacement idéal. 10 a 20 mn du Forum, Panthéon, place Navone!, Colisée, campo di Fiori. 10 sur 10

Non si tratta di un vero e proprio Hotel ma di un piccolo B&b gestito come se fosse un hotel senza però aree comuni. L'ambiente è estremamente pulito e di nuova fattura. la tv è di nuova generazione. il letto comodissimo. la colazione essenziale ma molto buona. ritornerò sicuramente

Ottima soluzione nel pieno centro di Roma . Stanze nuove ed accogliente con tutto quel che serve. La colazione viene servita in camera. Posteggio comodo nella zona seppure in centro città. Fermata della Metro Flaminio e ingresso a Piazza del Popolo a pochi passi.

Bellissimo posto. Posizione comodissima per la visita di Roma. Camere pulitissime e molto confortevoli. La proprietaria è molto cortese e sempre disponibile. Ottima la soluzione della colazione servita al bar dove si trova di tutto. Prezzo ottimo e molto competitivo.
