Hotel Valle

I was totally deceived, I booked a room through this app and through the photos that are here, but in fact this hotel has other rooms, and after I complained and said that I would pursue my rights, they sent me to another hotel They work together and I went to the real room in the photo, but I had to sleep in a dirty room, a musty smell, a bathroom without hot water and disgusting, please don't go to this hotel, it's not true. photos, and the breakfast is horrible and has almost nothing, it was horrible staying there one night, and the photos of this hotel are actually the Antico Palazzo Rospigliosi hotel, you can go there and confirm, it really is that room in the photos but the breakfast is terrible and there are no options, and the people of Rome are all uneducated 😔 This hotel deceives people, and the app was charging me 36 Euros for tourism, and when I got there they charged me 52 Euros and said it had gone up but I didn't receive any email with that information.

The front staff was friendly and kind.(Mr.Marco) Close to the station.

Nessun servizio, nessuna kettle in camera, personale non disponible, signora ai piani che jon bussa prima di entrare nella camera, puzza di fumo nellabstrutturabe in corridoio. Al terzo piano per avere l’acqua calda, l’acqua deve scorrere 5 minuti abbondanti. Lascio raramente raramente recensioni sua negative che positive ma questa struttura la merita tutta.

Staff was pleasant. Room was extremely small and overcrowded with large armoire. It was difficult to walk around the bed. Refrigerator was turned off or not working. Shower door rail was broken. Used soap bar was left from previous guest and shower head was rigged with string. Included Breakfast was poor, with instant coffee and very small selection of pastries. No fresh fruit, cold cuts or other typical offerings.

The only positive was the maids and their prompt services. When we arrived theyd lost our booking. Said we were only book for 1 day and not 5. Gave us the wrong room and said there wasnt another until the next day. The room smelled of smoke, the shower only trickled out and the window wouldnt open. Next day we were moved. This room was a lot smaller and on the same floor as a group of teenagers who ran along the halls banging on each others doors all night way past midnight. The walls are just so thin. No fridge in either room like it stated and nowhere to make hot drinks. Desk staff were quite rude. Always on their phones. This may have been a cultural thing as we noticed not everyone was as friendly as were used to. Wouldnt recommend if you have children.

I was really said after being in this hotel. The reason is that I had three charging plugs in my room and none of them were working and as a result i had to connect my phone to the tv usb to charge I did tell the reciption about it but he was unable to fix it. The second problem is that when I went to this hotel it was freezing in the room during the day and there was no heating so I asked the reciption and they said the heater will only start after 19:00 pm. So I had to freeze all the time during the day. The other problem was that the room walls looked kinda dirty when I first entered the hotel. In the end was really disappointed by the hotel stay.
