Beautiful Italian guesthouse with lovely Italian design. The design of the rooms are so Italian…definitely valise for money! I will go back The breakfast is served in the room which is great!

The hotel is in a great location. It's located in the center of several different famous tourist sites in Rome with a 5-20 minute walk, depending on which one you are going to. It's located on the streets of the shopping district, so a lot of walking traffic as local shoppers and tourists and restaurant goers. Plenty of dining options within a 1-2 minute walk. I enjoyed the traditional style of a room contrary to always staying in very modern hotels. The receptionist was very kind and assistive. We were gifted a free bottle of Prosecco that we really enjoyed. The staff always had muffins, small snacks, sparking water, and juice in the office for guests to enjoy.

Most dirty and bad experience in my life. I have travel the world and this clearly is the worst. My boyfriend wanted the same night change the hotel Cause he was so disgusting. We hear other costumers disappointed.

Such an elegant establishment!!! We booked a suite for two adults and 1 child and it worked out perfectly. First of all the location is four minute walk to Piazza Popolo and from Spanish steps on the most beautiful wealthy Street. The building has a tiny elevator just enough to bring your luggage upstairs to the first floor. The checking was easy and the front desk people are very nice and attentive. The room and building are decorated in museum style. you will feel like you are in your own private wealthy residence. You can order whatever you’d like to eat for breakfast from the menu and a very nice woman brings that directly to your room in the morning and then picks up the table once you’re done eating. You can also choose to walk 10 minutes to their other hotel and have a breakfast buffet there. It is so convenient in every way. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are hair dryer and toiletries in the room. The only drawback is because it is an old building, The air conditioner was a little too loud, and sometimes the toilet did not flush well. Otherwise, it is an amazing place to stay and we will definitely return!!!!

Great location. Staff Friendly. House keeping was excellent. We had some road noise at night but that is just a function of being in a convenient location. Plus, you'll be so tired after walking, eating and drinking all day it won't matter. Walked to Coliseum and Vatican no problem. Spanish steps just a couple blocks away. Taxi line and metro also close. Lots of good restaurants within a couple blocks and also one really cool and good one about 100 yards away.

Very convenient location. However, I wish their reception is open 24/7 because it will be easier to communicate needs.
