The place was really clean, something that I appreciate the most in an apartment and I’m really difficult as a person! It was cozy! Upstairs was the place for breakfast and the outside was super nice for your morning coffee with a really good view! The location is 15 minutes on foot from the metro. The neighbourhood was amazing and for sure makes you feel like you’re a local! Last but not least our host was a really amazing person, really helpful and spend the time to explain to us our location, the metro stops and lines!(he also had a booklet that left us with instructions to our location, metro and buses) We arrived late and he was kind enough to wait for us and do all that! Amazing experience!

The location is not very far from the main attraction approx 4.5 miles and is not in a very good neighborhood, but the public transportation is unreliable and often takes an hour or more to and from the main attraction. Bus or Train may or may not have AC which is very hot most of the time. You can take this into consideration if the location is working for you or not. The place itself is safe and clean.

Had a great stay! Meto is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. Really loved the patio and will definitely be missing the bread!

We had a lovely stay at this B&B for two nights. Fast Wi-Fi, very friendly host, breakfast provided every morning & loads of advice and tips to explore Rome. As this was our first trip to Rome, we felt adequately supported & safe at this B&B! I would stay here again in a heart beat.

This B&B is very cute and quaint. Yes, it is not in the city centre but there is s 10 min walk to the nearest metro station and 5 minutes to the tram stop. You are in the city in 20-30 min. We slept really well here and the breakfast is just enough. Mario was very accommodating!

Superbe expérience : rien à redire. Logement coquet, lits confortables, salle de bain toute neuve, petit dej copieux et typique, hôtes de qualité, terrasse magique en accès libre.... le tram n'est pas loin, ce qui permet d'accéder rapidement au centre de Rome (20mn). Grazie mille, Mario ! A recommander et à refaire.

C’est un superbe bnb à Rome La maison est nickel Le parking se trouve juste derrière et le propriétaire s’occupe de réserver pour vous si vous avez un voiture (20€ par jour ) Nous étions 4, et la chambre était très spacieuse, nettoyée tous les jours. C’est vraiment top. Lits très confortables, sdbain très bien ,c’est neuf et bien entretenu. Le toit terrasse est super joli. Le matin et le soir c’est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Tous les matins des crostini ou tartines sont préparés avec une recette différente ! Excellent. Très frais Le propriétaire vit au rdc donc si besoin il est souvent présent. Il est très gentil et donne plein d’infos ! Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur ou accès handicapé donc je déconseille aux personnes qui on du mal à marcher C’est dans un quartier qui semble être en total déclin. Mais la via capua est très propre par contre. Nous avons pris un taxi tous les soirs pour revenir du centre et je dois dire que ça valait les 15€ de la course depuis le Colisée, en effet Entre la chaleur étouffante de l’été, la fatigue des visites et le nombre de métro à prendre c’était pas possible …. Le matin nous partions en transport. Métro de préférence à 10/15 min de marche selon votre rythme. Le tram est …. Fantomatique C’est très lent ! Et sale ! Tout comme la ville est qui est très sale. Sauf certain quartier qui sont très bien entretenus . Mais même autour du Colisée on trouve des poubelles ouvertes , des déchets partout dans les coins c’est pitoyable de laisser cette capitale aussi sale ! Bon séjour en Italie

El hotel está bien para el precio, lo único es que está algo alejado del centro histórico, el señor Mario propietario se esmera en atender bien a sus clientes, siempre está disponible para lo que uno necesite. Hace desayunos variados.

Notre séjour chez Mario était parfait ! Il a su nous expliquer parfaitement les transports dessertissants le quartier. La chambre était très agréable et le fait d’avoir la climatisation a cette période était un indispensable. Par ailleurs, l’établissement possède une magnifique terrasse en roof top où nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner et même plusieurs dîners. Un grand merci à Mario pour sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et sa disponibilité.
