Frederica went over and above to help us. Kitchen had all that we needed. So very close to St Peter’s square. A perfect spot for our visit.

Small hotel, not what you would call modern, but, basic. Clean accommodations, small continental breakfast available, small kitchen area where you could cook. Dishes and other utensils provided. Federico, the owner, will try to make your visit a pleasant one. Your location is a side street, away from the traffic. Plenty of restaurants on this street. Within walking distance to the Vatican. Also, a small supermarket is nearby. Federico called a taxi to pick me up for a ride to the airport. Thé hôtel, not luxury, but basic. Let’s face it, you don’t come to Rome to sit in your hotel room, you come here to explore the delights Rome has to offer. Also, near the square, a tour bus is available to show you around the city. This hotel is well worth staying at. The day before I left, Federica left, in my room, a small bowl of fruits consisting of strawberries and chéries and blueberries.

Our check in was all done remotely. We never met the operator. We liked the area. Very close to SPB and other attractions. Clean. Our room had skylight that could be opened. Nice room. My only complaint is that the operator, through text, told me she would arrange for a taxi pick up the night before we left. I asked her to confirm when done. Never heard from her that night. Ended up doing it myself. Not a huge deal but if i had trusted it was done, we would have missed our flight to London.

Fredricka is the absolute best host a person could ask for. The rooms are small, but they are clean. The property is within walking distance from everything. Perfect location. I’d definitely recommend.

Everything was good ! Very clean & comfortable place to stay. Federica was awesome and Maria is polite & friendly. I will surely come back and stay in Pio Borgo again

No code on arrival.
No one there.
Breakfast not worth the money ate out.
Someone walked in the room when I was in it.
Safe broke.
Contacted them said they would be there 9-30, they weren’t.
9am-4pm someone was supposed to be there they weren’t.
