Good points: Good location, quiet, big room and en-suite bathroom. Bad points: No extra facilities. I needed an iron to get ready for business meetings but was told another guest had it and had not brought it back so I needed to spend more money and go to a nearby laundry. Only one plug socket in the room near the desk. No breakfast. I paid over £312 per night for just a room and nothing else. I booked because there was nothing else available. Would I do so again? Not for the price and lack of facilities available.

The best thing about our room was that it was a brilliant incentive to spend every waking minute exploring Rome. The lady who greeted us at check-in was perfectly nice but we could sense that she was uncomfortable presenting the room to us, and understandably so. The room was a lot smaller than we had expected from the pictures and extremely basic. The external "bathroom", which was at the other end of the corridor, was a running joke throughout our stay. It was just so bad. The shower, while cramped (as others have mentioned), was almost unusable because the position of the shower head was far too high and angled outward, meaning that with the water pressure set to a sufficient level to induce heat, the water was spraying over our heads. We tried to fix this by precariously balancing it in the holder but it made little difference. We felt like we didn't get a proper wash for the whole trip, it was nothing more than a rinse. Not what you want after 30k steps in 30 degree C heat. While Rome was awesome, we were so relieved to get back to our own home. We feel like a lot of the issues we and others have mentioned could be fixed very easily.

The room is too small. The building is too old and smells. The bathroom is external and the shower room is too small. I don’t recommend this place .

AVOID THIS PLACE! Cancelled the booking for the late check-in because of the weather conditions which was notified to them in advance, however they simply ignored. It was impossible to do a check-in anymore.

It was not clear enough that we were supposed to have an appoin**ent in order to get the key, so we had to wait for 20 minutes outside not knowing what to do because the problem was that no-one would answer the door bell neither the telephone number that was outside the door. Anyway, someone came after all. All persons we met were very polite! We would be more happy if there were a kettle along with the fridge (which was very handy) so we could make a coffee in the morning! All the other services were very good. Very good spot, near metro and buses. Overall, good value for money

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico Weekend in questo B&b davvero grazioso, curato nei dettagli ed attenti ai particolari! vicinissimo alla metro e al Vaticano! Preziosissimi i consigli del proprietario per trascorrere il soggiorno al meglio! Da ritornarci sicuramente per qualche altro fine settimana Romano!

Camera pulita e tranquilla, staff gentile e disponibile ,struttura molto vicina alla fermata San Pietro(Vaticano), vicino anche a tutti i servizi come bar, ristorante ,minimarket. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Staff accogliente e professionale; posizione centralissima vicino alla metro e al Vaticano. Pulita. La struttura si trova in zona prati, dove ci sono numerosi bar, ristoranti e negozi. Sicuramente ci ritorno! Un ringraziamento al ragazzo dei check-in, molto cortese.
