Contratamos un viaje por agencia y nos tocó este hotel, el hotel está bien, pequeño, alejado del centro, andando hasta el Coliseum mas o menos 50 minutos,pero si no quieres ir andando y disfrutar de la ciudad tiene muy buena comunicación de transporte público . Mi título es referente a las habitaciones , son espaciosas, pero todavía con moqueta ,la decoración antigua y el baño para reformar ya también. Todo esto se contrarresta con la amabilidad del personal , el desayuno tipo buffet pero el comedor pequeño por lo que tiene una terraza exterior para horas puntas.La WiFi funciona muy bien.

Well first il start with the only reason o gave it two stars and that is because the staff behind reception was very friendly and helpful , the hotel is very dated The pictures lie that are On all the websites i really wish I took a pic of the bath because I have no words clearly very old the enamel was peeling off the seal between where it was boxed in was brown and Mouldy stains On the carpet , the bed was well I might aswell have slept on the concrete floor it was hard I had a bad back all weekend from it didn’t sleep much very noisy as we was at the front of the hotel on the 2nd floor room 205 it is classed as a 3 star hotel but it’s more a 1 Or 2 star at a push I know you get what you pay for but it wasn’t that cheap for 2 Nights I was expecting the Hilton but come on serious work needs doing in this hotel .

I only stayed here one night but was pretty happy with this hotel. The room was big, clean with good wifi and an ok bathroom. The staff were nice and let me check in early. The breakfast was pretty good with many things on offer. The location is very good in Rome with many restaurants and sights close by. Also the central station is not too far away for travelling to other cities in Italy. A good choice in Rome although a little tired looking it does the job for me.

Not even on the plane home and writing this. Definitely not a 3 star place. Pushing a 1 to be honest. Came for the weekend for my hubby's 50th birthday. Not even a complimentary drink on arrival. Kept in touch with reception before hand, to let them know it was a special weekend, hibby was 50 on day of arrival. Reception clean but old and tired, furniture in need of updating. Staff ok, requested a really nice room, was told it would be. What we got was a filthy, disability room. Hand rails, extra large cracked filthy toilet, the lot. Bathroom filthy, especially the shower area, massive crack in the floor tiles. Bedroom had stains everywhere including the bed spread. Sofa bed didn't look usable, also covered in stains. Furniture old, worn and tired. It did get cleaned on our sta, but I'd say a quick once over with the hoover. Breakfast is continental, and was OK to be fair. Lady who does the breakfast in the morning is this hotels only saving grace. Very friendly and helpful. Pay her more!!! Will never come back!!!

Premettendo che non è mia usanza fare recensioni sugli hotel dove pernotto , ma questa volta si sono superati tutti i limiti della decenza. Da segnalare in primis la sporcizia, sconsiglio vivamente a chi soffre d’asma , perché la moquette era piena di polvere. La reception indifferente ai problemi degli ospiti, ho segnalato i disagi che avevo nel mio bagno ( doccia che schizzava dappertutto e scarico del wc non funzionante) e dopo 1 giorno non avevano ancora chiamato il tecnico. Dopodiché sono stato spostato in un’altra stanza meno sporca , ma con doccia sempre mal funzionante e bidet in cui usciva solo filo d’acqua. Ultimo giorno non ha funzionato l’aria condizionata in tutto l’hotel con 40 gradi a Roma. Colazione insufficiente.

The hotel was clean, but you can tell it was tired. The AC in our room worked well, but there seemed to be too many bugs in the room for my wife's liking. The front desk staff all spoke English and were very helpful with tips on the best way to see the sights (including a big map of Rome that was easy to use). There were many places to eat within walking distance and there seemed to be a small bar at the reception desk where drinks and snacks could be purchased.

We stayed at the hotel a couple of weeks ago and although the it is in a good location within a nice neighbourhood the hotel was disappointing. The public areas are small and feel tired with old tatty chairs and paintwork which remains unfinished. Our room was dark and brown with a small shower which didn't work properly and a toilet which didn't flush well. The air con didn't work well and our room was hot on occasions. The breakfast offering was very poor with stale bread, canned fruit and no fruit juice, just sugary drinks, cakes and cold boiled eggs. On one day our room was not cleaned at all as the cleaners had forgotten to do it. The hotel needs a complete refurb and could be really lovely given the proper investment. The staff were the best thing about the hotel and were helpful and professional.
