good location，nearby piazza Navona and pantheon，also not far walk to castle saint angel， supply cooking kettle and coffee machine， very safe and quiet historical building，taxi to central station 15 min by taxi

羅馬佛羅倫薩米蘭三地遊裏最愛的酒店（其實算是民宿閣樓，但服務很周到。btw如果用攜程預訂的話，可能導致收不到酒店發來的自助check-in郵件，家人們可以提前聯繫下攜程，以免造成麻煩。選了兩個房間，裝修風格不同，色調有區別，但都很漂亮很華麗，同時復古。可能因為是老建築的原因，第一天晚上的熱水供應不太足，但第二天酒店就積極結局了。酒店位置很好，離萬神殿步行10分鐘內，許願池12分鐘左右，特別特別方便。周邊美食應有盡有，（但悄悄排雷下酒店附近的那家意大利餐廳，服務態度很糟糕）。

We did not stay at Navona Suite as our booking was cancelled at the last minute. We stayed at Opera House Guest. It was near the train station but a long was from the main sightseeing sites. It was very noisy due to building works going on nearby. The apar**ent was tired and a little shabby. It was disappointing as if we had had our original choice, we would have had a good location and better apar**ent.

Nice property in a nice location. Very quiet as it has limited vehicle traffic. The room we were in was hard to find as the instructions were like google translated and didn’t make perfect sense in English. All good we are in another country and respect sometimes there are communication limitations. Also while there is an elevator this property is in no way wheelchair accessible. We were a little disappointed the the room we booked was switched and we were not notified. We had searched out a hotel and booked a room with a tub and that is not what we received. Overall the room was okay. The staff replied immediately when we couldn’t find the room so that was appreciated.

Our family had a great stay at the Navona Grand Suite. The room was very spacious but the best part was the location. Its right in the middle of Rome, walking distance the Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colessium, etc.

What a hidden gem! Such a great experience in Rome! Just what I had hoped for in a hotel in Rome. Clean, accessible, walkable to EVERY site in Rome. Stay there! You won’t regret it!
